AUG | Steel Sentinel (Factory New)

Factory New (FN) is the top wear of the AUG | Steel Sentinel, with a float from 0.00 to 0.07. The rank is Industrial Grade, the collection is The Train 2025 Collection, and the side is the Counter-Terrorists. In CS2 it is dark steel with no colored artwork, and in this wear it is at its cleanest.

What the AUG | Steel Sentinel looks like in Factory New

The body is graphite black, and the cold bluish sheen runs along its whole length. The grip and magazine are light gray with a mesh, and the muzzle brake shows a violet-blue tint. The color is even across the body, and only the light panels set up contrast.

Small light markings sit by the rail and on the side, and the surface is smooth and lightly polished. Valve describes the skin as a gun-metal gray paint job. In Factory New the dark steel looks new, with almost no marks on the edges.

Where the AUG | Steel Sentinel came from

Valve's update note of March 31, 2025 names the set itself. The Train 2025 set opened on March 31, 2025, and the AUG | Steel Sentinel landed in it straight away.

What to check before buying

Buyers of the AUG | Steel Sentinel look at the following:

• the float, which in this wear runs from 0.00 to 0.07;


• stickers on the body, and a name tag if there is one.

No "rare" pattern exists for this skin: the artwork is the same on every copy. The 0.00 to 0.07 band is narrow in this wear, and copies barely differ from one another.

What the AUG | Steel Sentinel costs in Factory New

Every other wear costs less. Minimal Wear and Well-Worn are cheaper by almost three times, Field-Tested by exactly three times, and Battle-Scarred by only 1.2 times.

The Industrial Grade tier has four AUG skins, and in Factory New this one is the cheapest of them. Spalted Wood costs a little over one and a half times as much, while Radiation Hazard and Condemned cost more than five times as much.

Getting the AUG | Steel Sentinel

There is no case for this skin. The source is the tournament souvenir packages, including the Austin 2025 Train Souvenir Package, and the copies arrive in their own wear. A contract cannot produce it: nothing in the collection sits below it.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The AUG | Steel Sentinel has no StatTrak version. A Souvenir version exists, and a souvenir copy can also be made without a package through the Souvenir-O-Matic.

Stickers and craft on the AUG | Steel Sentinel

Dark steel with no artwork leaves the whole field to the stickers. Bright ones show best on the body, and silver ones match the metal and the light grip.

Who this wear suits

Factory New on the AUG | Steel Sentinel makes sense when:
