Description

The Austin 2025 Legends Sticker Capsule holds the team stickers of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. Each capsule contains one random sticker out of thirty-six: eight Legends-tier teams and the organizer's logo, every design in four finishes.

What's inside the capsule

The lineup is fixed and known in advance. It covers the logos of Vitality, MOUZ, Team Spirit, The Mongolz, Aurora, Natus Vincere, G2 Esports, Team Liquid and BLAST.tv.

Every logo comes in a regular, foil, holographic and gold finish. Nine designs times four finishes gives the thirty-six entries.

Exactly one sticker drops. The odds are not equal across finishes: regular ones turn up most often and gold ones least often. Valve publishes no exact numbers, so no percentages are given.

Where the Austin 2025 Legends Sticker Capsule came from

This capsule launched for the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. Legends is the top seeding tier, made up of the teams that qualified for the event directly. Challengers and Contenders had their own capsules with different lineups.

Half of the revenue from each capsule went to the tournament organizer, the teams and the players. Valve never published an official breakdown by recipient.

From the Cologne 2026 Major on, tournament capsules are no longer released. Valve replaced them with a store where stickers are bought directly with tokens. Capsules already released were not affected and trade as usual.

Opening the capsule

No key is needed. The capsule opens by itself, and the buyer pays only for the capsule, unlike CS2 weapon cases.

A sticker from the capsule goes on any firearm. A weapon has five sticker slots, and the player sets the position and rotation. Knives and gloves take no stickers.

The player sets the wear by hand, and it only moves one way: the earlier look never comes back. On the final step the sticker leaves the weapon.

The capsule has no wear grades and no float, and there is no StatTrak or Souvenir version. It does not go into trade-up contracts.

What the Austin 2025 Legends Sticker Capsule costs

In the store all tournament capsules were priced the same, and the print run decided the rest. This one sold in large volumes, and its print run was large.

Opening it for profit makes little sense: regular team stickers are worth roughly as much as the capsule itself. The value sits in the gold and holographic versions, and you have to get through the rest to reach them.

A sealed capsule also behaves more calmly than a single sticker. Issuance has stopped, and every opening gradually takes copies out of circulation.

Who it suits

  • You want a sticker from one particular team at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, and the draw itself appeals more than a guaranteed result.

  • You are building a shelf of sealed capsules: print-run releases with closed issuance fit it best.

  • You are after a gold logo and are ready to open more than one capsule.

  • You need an in-game gift: the capsule opens without a key, and the recipient decides whether to open it or keep it sealed.
