Charm | Semi-Precious is an Exotic charm from the Small Arms Charm Collection. Within its set it sits second in price.

What the Charm | Semi-Precious looks like

The charm is a curved claw of translucent blue stone. Swirls run through the stone, from turquoise at the base to blue and lilac at the tip.

The claw comes out of a dark metal setting with two prongs, and a wide ring of worn metal sits on top. The color is restrained: on a light weapon the charm nearly blends in, while on a dark one the glow of the stone shows.

Where the Charm | Semi-Precious came from

Its set is the Small Arms Charm Collection. Charms became a separate item category on October 2, 2024, with The Armory update, and this set came out at the same time.

The item has no history. Valve's description explains only how charms work and says nothing about Semi-Precious.

How the charm works

Semi-Precious goes on weapons and on C4 skins, but knives and gloves do not accept charms. The Charm Detachment tool removes it, and the charm returns to the CS2 inventory intact.

There is one charm slot per gun, and Sticker Slab claims the same one, so you have to pick between them. The claw hangs as a 3D model and sways as you run, not as a flat picture.

Charms come with no wear tiers and no float value, so there is no condition to pick. This category has no StatTrak or Souvenir version either.

Each copy has a pattern number, visible on inspection. It does not change how Semi-Precious looks, though collectors track the number itself.

What the Charm | Semi-Precious costs

Of the sixteen charms in the Small Arms Charm Collection, only one is dearer: Charm | Baby Karat T, by about a quarter.

The closest below is Charm | Baby Karat CT, about an eighth cheaper. Titeenium AWP falls behind by three times, and Die-cast AK by almost four.

Who it suits

Semi-Precious is worth buying for CS2 when:

• you want a quiet charm that does not argue with the weapon's finish;


• blue and lilac suit the cool palette of your set;


• you do not need the top of the collection, and second place costs noticeably less than first.
