CS20 Case

The CS20 Case is a Base Grade case for CS2 with seventeen skins. Its rare special item pool consists of one model: the Classic Knife.

What's in the CS20 Case

The ranks divide as follows: seven Mil-Spec skins, five Restricted, three Classified and two Covert. At the top stand AWP | Wildfire and FAMAS | Commemoration.

The Classified skins are MP9 | Hydra, P90 | Nostalgia and AUG | Death by Puppy. The Restricted ones are M249 | Aztec, MP5-SD | Agent, Five-SeveN | Buddy, P250 | Inferno and UMP-45 | Plastique.

Among the Mil-Spec skins are Dual Berettas | Elite 1.6, Tec-9 | Flash Out, MAG-7 | Popdog, FAMAS | Decommissioned and Glock-18 | Sacrifice.

Which knives drop from the CS20 Case

The rare special item pool holds one model, the Classic Knife. It comes in twelve skins: Case Hardened, Forest DDPAT, Blue Steel, Night Stripe, Stained, Fade, Boreal Forest, Crimson Web, Slaughter, Urban Masked, Scorched and Safari Mesh.

The Classic Knife can drop without a skin as well. The skin and the wear are decided at random when the case is opened.

Do you need a key

The CS20 Case cannot be opened without a key, and the key is bought in the game. Since October 2019 Valve has not let keys move between accounts, and they are not sold on marketplaces, either on LIS-SKINS or elsewhere.

Opening the case is optional. If you want the Classic Knife or any skin from the set, taking it as a standalone listing is the better deal.

What the CS20 Case costs

By price, the CS20 Case sits in the lower third of the CS2 case range. It costs 1.89 times as much as the Clutch Case, 1.4 times as much as the Fever Case and 1.32 times as much as the Gallery Case. Higher up, the Dreams & Nightmares Case costs 1.11 times as much, the Danger Zone Case 1.27 times and the Prisma 2 Case 1.33 times.

The top of the range is far away. The eSports 2013 Case costs about fifty-eight times as much as the CS20 Case, and the CS:GO Weapon Case about one hundred forty-three times.

Who it suits

Buying the CS20 Case makes sense when:

• you want a case whose rare special item is the Classic Knife;

• you like AWP | Wildfire and FAMAS | Commemoration, the Covert skins of the set;
