Desert Eagle | Conspiracy (Field-Tested)

Field-Tested (FT) is the lowest wear of the Desert Eagle | Conspiracy: the finish's scale breaks off at 0.30, and the skin has nothing below this wear. The float lies between 0.15 and 0.30, half the scale. The skin has Classified rank, and the Deagle drops from the Operation Breakout Weapon Case.

What the Desert Eagle | Conspiracy looks like in Field-Tested

The base is black with an olive cast, and the artwork is done in gold: thin trim along the slide, frame and trigger guard, screws and an outline. Round gold seals sit on the grips. The factory MAGNUM RESEARCH INC. engraving can be read on the slide. Valve describes the paint as dark metallic with pale-yellow accents.

In Field-Tested the thin gold lines are already touched by wear, while the black base holds. The float value is set at the drop, and a copy will get neither worse nor better.

Where the Desert Eagle | Conspiracy came from

The finish's author is Hybra, and its number in Valve's catalog is 351. The skin appeared in the game on July 1, 2014, together with the Breakout Collection.

What to check before buying

This is what varies from listing to listing on a Conspiracy:

• float: the wear fits inside 0.15 to 0.30, and listings look alike, but near 0.15 the gold is better preserved;

• what the previous owner left on the pistol, meaning stickers and a name tag.

A lucky pattern cannot be pulled out of this skin: it is always the same.

What the Desert Eagle | Conspiracy costs in Field-Tested

The skin has only two other wears, and both cost more than this one:

• Factory New costs 1.19 times more;

• Minimal Wear costs 1.04 times more.

Among Classified Deagles in this wear the Conspiracy is in the middle of the list: three skins cost more, four cost less. The highest of the nearby ones is Desert Eagle | Starcade, dearer by about 1.75 times. Slightly cheaper are Desert Eagle | Kumicho Dragon and Desert Eagle | Eastern Enigma. Desert Eagle | Mecha Industries is cheaper by almost four times, and Desert Eagle | Heat Treated by twenty.

Getting the Desert Eagle | Conspiracy

Cases are the first route: the Operation Breakout Weapon Case holds it. A trade-up for it takes ten skins one rank down, gathered from any collection. If you build the ten from the Breakout Collection, the result comes from the same place, and the chance of this Deagle is one in three.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The Desert Eagle | Conspiracy has a StatTrak version. The skin has no Souvenir packages; a Souvenir copy is assembled separately through the Souvenir-O-Matic.

Stickers and craft on the Desert Eagle | Conspiracy

The dark base accepts any color, and the gold trim sets the tone: warm stickers fit the palette. There is one free field, the side of the slide, and a large sticker would cover the engraving. The gold lines are thin, so a sticker beside them pulls the eye away.

Who this wear suits

Field-Tested on the Desert Eagle | Conspiracy is worth it if:

• you want a black-and-gold Deagle for CS2 at the lowest price among the wears;

• you want the gold trim but can live with scuffs on it;

• you like comparing listings by float: near 0.15 the paint is fresher.
