Factory New (FN) on the Desert Eagle | Light Rail is a float band of 0.00 to 0.07 on a scale that runs to 0.90. The rank is Restricted. The Deagle drops from the Prisma Case and relies on a gloss that shows best in factory condition.
What the Desert Eagle | Light Rail looks like in Factory New
This is a glossy black pistol with black-on-black artwork: the grip and slide are cut with vertical grooves that show only in the highlights. The top of the slide shifts into a copper-gold gradient, and the tip of the front sight is gold too. Valve compares the design to an optical illusion that seems to change the weapon's geometry, and adds that the power supply is sold separately.
In Factory New the gloss is even and free of scratches, and the grooves read sharply. Wear is fixed at the drop, so this is where the illusion works in full.
Where the Desert Eagle | Light Rail came from
The Prisma Collection was added to the game in March 2019, and the skin appeared in the same update. We have no data on the finish's author.
What to check before buying
Before paying, look at these things:
- float, which in this wear spans 0.00 to 0.07;
- the gloss on the grip and slide: on black, any scratch shows more;
- the name tag and stickers this Deagle already carries.
There is, as such, no choosing by artwork. Nor is there much to choose by float, since the 0.00 to 0.07 band is short.
What the Desert Eagle | Light Rail costs in Factory New
The factory wear of this finish sits well above the rest. Minimal Wear is almost six times cheaper, Field-Tested more than thirteen times, and Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred more than fourteen times.
Among Restricted Deagles in Factory New, the skin is fifth from the bottom of fifteen. It costs a third more than Desert Eagle | Naga. Desert Eagle | Mulberry is a little cheaper. Desert Eagle | Trigger Discipline, Desert Eagle | Firebreathing and Desert Eagle | Serpent Strike cost almost three times as much and more. The top is Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm 壱, Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm 弐 and Desert Eagle | Blaze.
Getting the Desert Eagle | Light Rail
The skin drops from the Prisma Case.
A trade-up contract builds it from ten Mil-Spec skins from anywhere; the output is drawn from the collection of one of them. Ten entirely from The Prisma Collection is the player's choice, and the chance is then one in five.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The Desert Eagle | Light Rail has a StatTrak version. No Souvenir packages include this finish.
Stickers and craft on the Desert Eagle | Light Rail
Black gloss makes a winning ground: light and colored stickers read best on it. The copper gradient takes the top of the slide, so stickers are easier to place on the grip and the lower part of the slide. Dark stickers get lost.
Who this wear suits
Factory New is a sensible buy on the Desert Eagle | Light Rail if:
- you want a CS2 Deagle with perfect gloss and untouched grooves;
- you need a black base without scuffs for stickers;
- the top wear band matters more than saving money.
