What the Desert Eagle | Naga looks like in Battle-Scarred
Battle-Scarred (BS) on the Desert Eagle | Naga is the longest float band of the skin: from 0.45 to 1.00, more than half of the finish's scale. Restricted rank, The Chroma Collection, either side. In CS2 the engraved Deagle varies the most in this wear.
What to check before buying the Desert Eagle | Naga
The body is matte gray with a light olive tint, like darkened steel. All the expression is gathered on the slide: engraving in the form of a winding snake body runs over a relief panel, and the factory lettering reads beside it. The grip is brown, with a dark emblem on the panel, and it is the only warm spot on the pistol. Valve describes the finish as a mythological motif: the naga is a beast from Indian mythology.
In Battle-Scarred the gray metal is dark and blotchy, and the engraved relief reads worse: the fine curls on the slide merge with the scuffs in places. The grip keeps its color longest and stands out more on a worn body than on a new one.
How to read the float on the Desert Eagle | Naga
Compare Desert Eagle | Naga listings on these points:
- float: the stretch from 0.45 to 1.00 is long, so a copy near the lower edge and one near 1.00 look different;
- stickers and a name tag the previous owner left behind;
- the condition of the engraving on the slide, which is the main thing in the finish.
What the Desert Eagle | Naga costs in Battle-Scarred
This wear takes 55% of the finish's scale, the widest share of all five. That is why in Battle-Scarred the number on the listing says more about the look than in the narrow bands. A copy at 0.46 and a copy at 0.98 belong to the same wear, but the engraving reads differently on them. It is sensible to compare several listings and open the inspect view before paying.
Getting the Desert Eagle | Naga
Factory New costs eleven and a half times as much, one of the steepest ladders among Restricted skins. Minimal Wear is 2.2 times more expensive, Field-Tested a tenth more, and Well-Worn is level.
Among Restricted Desert Eagles, the Naga in Battle-Scarred stands above Directive, Light Rail, Mulberry, Firebreathing and Trigger Discipline, but well below Pilot and two more finishes.
StatTrak and Souvenir
Chroma Case drops are where the skin comes from. The other road is a trade-up contract. It takes ten Mil-Spec skins from any sets, and the result comes from the collection of one of the inputs. If you build the ten entirely from Chroma, the result will come from there, but there is no hard condition.
Stickers and craft on the Desert Eagle | Naga
The Desert Eagle | Naga is available in a StatTrak version, while Souvenir packages for the finish were not released.
Who this wear suits
The engraving on the slide is better seen without large stickers: the scuffed gray field does not hide the relief anyway. Small stickers near the receiver look neat, and bright ones drown out the color of the grip.
Battle-Scarred is worth buying on the Desert Eagle | Naga if:
- you want a Restricted Deagle at the price of the lowest band;
- dark, scuffed metal is acceptable for the sake of the snake engraving;
- you are putting together a set in which the Deagle is a backdrop for stickers.
