Well-Worn (WW) on the Five-SeveN | Hybrid is the 0.38 to 0.45 float band, only 7% of the finish's scale. The pistol is Restricted and falls from the Kilowatt Case. Of the five wears, this one is the cheapest: the neighbors above and below both cost more.
What the Five-SeveN | Hybrid looks like in Well-Worn
The ground is white-silver with a pearl gleam. Violet stripes run across the slide and frame, taking on a lilac cast in places. The strokes are uneven, heavier toward the middle, with ragged edges and thin drips. The back of the slide is dark gray, the magazine and the bottom of the grip are silver, and factory markings show through on the frame.
In Well-Worn the white ground is already visibly dirtier, since it picks up grime before anything else. The violet stripes on the rim of the slide are rubbed to gray, and that wear came with the item at the drop rather than building up in the game. The artwork is not gone, because the stripes run over the whole body and not only along the edge.
Where the Five-SeveN | Hybrid came from
Pet3d is the author, on the Steam Workshop. The Kilowatt Collection opened in the game on February 6, 2024, and the Five-SeveN | Hybrid was part of it from day one. According to Valve's note, the case holds seventeen community finishes, and the Kukri knife is its rare special item. The finish's catalog number is 1168.
What to check before buying
Picking a particular Five-SeveN | Hybrid comes down to these points:
- float, inside 0.38 to 0.45: near the upper edge there is more gray on the frame than near the lower;
- the state of the stripes on the slide;
- stickers and an applied name tag, which move to the buyer along with the listing.
Well-Worn fits inside 0.38 to 0.45 on this finish, so listings look alike. The pattern does not spread out across copies: all listings show the same thing.
What the Five-SeveN | Hybrid costs in Well-Worn
Factory New is priced at more than seven times Well-Worn, and Minimal Wear at a little over twice. Field-Tested costs about a fifth more, and Battle-Scarred a few percent more. Well-Worn is the cheapest of the five wears here.
Of the seven Restricted Five-SeveN skins in this wear, the Hybrid is the cheapest. Closest to it is Five-SeveN | Buddy; higher come Five-SeveN | Retrobution, Five-SeveN | Triumvirate and Five-SeveN | Boost Protocol, and at the top of the row stands Five-SeveN | Case Hardened.
Getting the Five-SeveN | Hybrid
It comes from the Kilowatt Case. A trade-up contract takes ten skins of the rank below, from any collections, and the result comes from the collection of one of them. The more Kilowatt skins among the ten, the better the chance of a Restricted skin from that set. A ten made up entirely of Kilowatt skins is the player's choice, not a requirement, and it splits the odds evenly across five finishes, one in five.
StatTrak and Souvenir
There is a StatTrak copy of the Five-SeveN | Hybrid. No Souvenir version of the finish exists.
Stickers and craft on the Five-SeveN | Hybrid
The pearlescent frame still takes a sticker, but the wear of Well-Worn already lies on the light areas, and part of the field is taken up by gray scuffs. Dark and bright stickers read better on it than pale ones. An expensive craft in CS2 loses some of its payoff in this wear, because the background under it is not clean.
Who this wear suits
Buying the Five-SeveN | Hybrid in Well-Worn is reasonable under these conditions:
- you need the cheapest Restricted copy;
- the violet stripes matter more to you than the light ground;
- the skin is going in as a trade-up input in CS2.
