The Five-SeveN | Monkey Business in Well-Worn (WW) has a float from 0.38 to 0.45. It is a Classified skin from The Chroma 2 Collection in which the pistol is turned into a banana. The best wear of this finish is Minimal Wear: its float starts at 0.10, so Factory New does not exist.
What the Five-SeveN | Monkey Business looks like in Well-Worn
The slide and the front of the frame are painted bright yellow and follow the outline of a banana. The lower part of the frame and the grip are dark, a blue-gray. The trigger is light blue, and a round light-blue emblem sits on the side of the frame.
Valve's description is just three words: "It's a banana." Well-Worn adds visible scuffs and scratches.
Where the Five-SeveN | Monkey Business came from
The Chroma 2 Collection came out in April 2015, and the Five-SeveN | Monkey Business arrived in the same update.
What to check before buying
What to compare when choosing a Five-SeveN | Monkey Business:
- float: the band from 0.38 to 0.45 is tight, and a listing can be taken almost blind;
- stickers and name tag: on the Five-SeveN | Monkey Business they pass with the listing.
A Five-SeveN | Monkey Business with a "rare" pattern cannot be bought: the artwork is the same on every copy.
What the Five-SeveN | Monkey Business costs in Well-Worn
The finish has only four wears, and Well-Worn stands against the others like this:
- Minimal Wear costs almost twice as much;
- Field-Tested costs a few percent less;
- Battle-Scarred costs 1.1 times less.
Of the three Classified Five-SeveN pistols this is the cheapest. Fairy Tale costs 1.4 times as much, and Fowl Play 1.5 times.
Getting the Five-SeveN | Monkey Business
A fresh copy drops from the Chroma 2 Case. The other road is a trade-up: ten Restricted skins go in, and the result is taken from the collection of one of the inputs.
For this collection the Restricted skins to put in are AWP | Worm God, CZ75-Auto | Pole Position, MAG-7 | Heat and UMP-45 | Grand Prix. A ten made of them points the result to the Chroma set.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The Five-SeveN | Monkey Business has a StatTrak version. No Souvenir packages have ever included the skin, though a Souvenir copy can be made through the Souvenir-O-Matic.
Stickers and craft on the Five-SeveN | Monkey Business
The yellow slide suggests the palette: black and brown stickers read on the banana, while white and yellow ones get lost. The dark blue-gray frame holds light stickers well.
Who this wear suits
A Well-Worn Five-SeveN | Monkey Business is worth buying if:
- you want a banana pistol with signs of wear and no premium for the top wear;
- you would rather not choose by float, and the band is narrow;
- you need an inexpensive Classified Five-SeveN for CS2.
