Galil AR | Cerberus (Field-Tested)

The Galil AR | Cerberus in Field-Tested (FT) is a CS2 Galil for the Terrorist side, painted yellow and green, Restricted rank. The finish belongs to The Cache Collection. It has no case: copies come from tournament Souvenir packages, from ESL One Cologne 2014 to Katowice 2019. For this wear the Galil AR | Cerberus is allotted a float of 0.15 to 0.38, which is 26% of the skin's scale.

What the Galil AR | Cerberus looks like in Field-Tested

The handguard, gas tube, magazine and stock are flooded with lemon yellow. The rest is covered by dark green paint with a black design, and the yellow shows through it in blotches and inserts. According to Valve's description, the weapon shows Cerberus, the three-headed dog that guards the underworld.

In Field-Tested the handguard and magazine already show signs of wear, and a copy stays just as it dropped.

What to check before buying

These things set one Galil AR | Cerberus listing apart from another:

• float: within 0.15 to 0.38 both price and appearance depend on the number;

• stickers and a name tag already sitting on this copy of the Galil AR | Cerberus;

• origin of the copy: Souvenir copies carry the tournament's gold stickers and a player autograph, while ordinary ones do not.

A lucky pattern cannot be pulled out of the Galil AR | Cerberus, because there is only ever one. The choice is made inside 0.15 to 0.38, where the difference between the top and bottom of the stretch can be seen.

What the Galil AR | Cerberus costs in Field-Tested

Wear moves the price noticeably only on the way up. Factory New costs 4.65 times as much and Minimal Wear 1.94 times. Well-Worn is dearer by a few percent and Battle-Scarred cheaper by about as much.

Among Restricted Galil finishes in this wear, Cerberus is third from the top of a row of eleven: only CAUTION! and Phoenix Blacklight cost more. Orange DDPAT comes below it, and the rest are far cheaper. The most affordable in the row are Connexion, Control and Signal.

Getting the Galil AR | Cerberus

The finish has no regular case. It is a skin from tournament Souvenir packages, twelve of them, from ESL One Cologne 2014 to Katowice 2019. A trade-up for the Galil AR | Cerberus takes ten skins one rank lower, and their collection does not matter. A ten built entirely from Cache sends the result here: one of the collection's two Restricted skins.

StatTrak and Souvenir

No StatTrak version of the Galil AR | Cerberus was ever released. Souvenir copies do exist: they were issued in the tournament Cache packages, and they can also be built through the Souvenir-O-Matic.

Stickers and craft on the Galil AR | Cerberus

The base is dark green with a black design. Light and red stickers read well on it, while dark ones blend in. The lemon-yellow handguard and magazine are the largest even surfaces for stickers.

Who this wear suits

Buying the Galil AR | Cerberus in this particular wear makes sense if:

• you want a Restricted Galil for CS2 without a threefold premium for Minimal Wear;

• the bright yellow should still read, at a price below the two upper wears;

• you are building a loadout around The Cache Collection and Souvenir copies from its tournament packages.
