Galil AR | Cerberus (Well-Worn)

Well-Worn (WW) is the second-to-last of the five wears for the Galil AR | Cerberus and the cheapest one, though it beats its neighbors by only a few percent. The float runs from 0.38 to 0.45. Rank is Restricted, and the collection is The Cache Collection. This Galil for CS2 is sold both as Souvenir and as regular copies.

What the Galil AR | Cerberus looks like in Well-Worn

The main paint is dark green with a black pattern. The brightest parts are the lemon yellow handguard, gas tube, magazine and buttplate, and on the receiver the yellow lies in patches.

In Well-Worn the wear is already clearly visible, and the yellow surfaces are scuffed harder than in the upper wears. The pattern is still there: wear does not rub it out over time, it is written into the copy at the moment of the drop. The 0.38 to 0.45 band is narrow, and copies are almost impossible to tell apart.

What to check before buying

Before paying for this Galil, check:

• the float between 0.38 and 0.45: the spread is small, so the number matters little;


• stickers and a name left on the lot by the previous owner;


• the type of copy: Souvenir copies carry gold tournament stickers and a player autograph.

Copies differ only in wear: the artwork is shared by all of them.

What the Galil AR | Cerberus costs in Well-Worn

Set against Well-Worn, the rest of the wears price out as follows:

• Factory New is 4.5 times as much;


• Minimal Wear is 1.9 times as much;


• Field-Tested is cheaper by a few percent;


• Battle-Scarred is about 7% cheaper.

The Well-Worn band takes 8% of the finish scale, 0.07 out of 0.90. Between the three lowest wears the gap is no more than a few percent, and the whole large break lies at Minimal Wear and Factory New.

Among Restricted Galil finishes in this wear, the skin is second from the top of ten: only Galil AR | Phoenix Blacklight is above it, at 3.6 times the price. Galil AR | Orange DDPAT is 1.6 times cheaper, and Stone Cold and Crimson Tsunami are 11 to 12 times cheaper. The most affordable in the row are Control, Connexion and Signal.

Getting the Galil AR | Cerberus

No case holds this finish: copies come from tournament Souvenir packages tied to the Cache collection, twelve in all. A trade-up for it takes ten skins one rank lower, and if all of them come from the set, the result is one of its two Restricted skins.

StatTrak was not released for this skin. Souvenir copies exist: tournament Cache packages handed them out, and the Souvenir-O-Matic makes more.

Stickers and craft on the Galil AR | Cerberus

Well-Worn has a scuffed base, and stickers on it read as separate spots against the wear. Large stickers with a heavy outline hold their shape best. The dark green receiver takes light stickers, and the yellow parts take white and black.

Who this wear suits

Well-Worn is worth buying on the Galil AR | Cerberus in these cases:

• you want the cheapest of the five versions of a Restricted Galil for CS2;


• wear does not matter, and the colors of the finish matter more than cleanliness;


• you are building a loadout around The Cache Collection and want a copy without overpaying.
