It is Industrial Grade, from the 2018 Inferno Collection. No regular case drops it, and copies come from tournament Souvenir packages. For a Glock in CS2 this is a skin with one colored detail.

What the Glock-18 | High Beam looks like in Factory New

Only the slide is painted: glossy dark blue with a violet cast, lightening toward the barrel. Three turquoise-green diagonal stripes run across it. The stripes are even and parallel, with crisp edges.

The frame, trigger guard and magazine carry no pattern and are dark olive, almost black. Valve describes a blue spiral design on the slide, but the skin itself has three straight stripes. In Factory New the gloss is even, no scuffs show, and the stripes look clean.

The skin belongs to the 2018 Inferno Collection, released in September 2018. Valve's description carries the line "Hard to miss".
