Description

The Glock-18 | Nuclear Garden in Well-Worn (WW) carries a float between 0.38 and 0.45, a tenth of the band this finish uses. Its slide stays green, but the edge has visibly lost paint. The skin holds Restricted rank and never came in a case: Souvenir packages from Nuke tournaments are the only original source.

What the Glock-18 | Nuclear Garden looks like in Well-Worn

Paint covers the slide end to end: toxic green underneath, yellow patches over it, and dark splotches that crowd more thickly near the rear sight. Gray-olive is the color of the frame and the magazine. Yellow returns at the muzzle, and the serrations repeat the shade of the slide.

In Well-Worn the slide edge and the serrations lighten noticeably. Bright green has left them down to metal, while the middle of the slide with its splotches remains readable.

Where the Glock-18 | Nuclear Garden came from

The skin joined the 2018 Nuke Collection, released in September 2018. Valve itself is the author, and the finish has no Steam Workshop submission. In the catalog the artwork is recorded under the number 789.

What to check before buying

Before buying a Glock-18 | Nuclear Garden, check the following:

  • float: within 0.38 to 0.45 the listings hardly differ in wear;

  • the placement of the splotches on the slide;

  • a name tag and stickers that stayed on the listing.

This Glock does have pattern variance: the pattern index shifts the colored patches. There are no named phases. Float adds little to the decision inside so tight a band, so pick a copy by its picture.

What the Glock-18 | Nuclear Garden costs in Well-Worn

Factory New costs about seventeen times as much. Minimal Wear costs twice as much. Field-Tested is a fifth cheaper, and Battle-Scarred cheaper by about a quarter.

Among Restricted Glocks the finish stands eighth from the bottom of thirteen. Glock-18 | Ifrit Lattice is practically level with it. Below come Glock-18 | Royal Legion, a sixth cheaper, and Glock-18 | Weasel, almost half. Further down are Glock-18 | Trace Lock and Glock-18 | Moonrise.

Getting the Glock-18 | Nuclear Garden

Cases never held this Glock; Nuke Souvenir packages did. A contract is the other route in. Feed it ten skins of the rank below. If all ten come from this set, about a third of the outcomes are this Glock.

StatTrak and Souvenir

This finish has no StatTrak version, but it does have a Souvenir one.

Stickers and craft on the Glock-18 | Nuclear Garden

Artwork never reaches the gray-olive frame, which makes it the easy place for a sticker. Across the green and yellow of the slide, dark and white stickers hold their shape best.

Who this wear suits

Well-Worn suits a Glock-18 | Nuclear Garden buyer in these cases:

  • you want a bright Glock for CS2 at a fraction of the price of the upper wears;

  • a worn slide edge is acceptable;

  • you choose the splotch pattern by the picture.
