Battle-Scarred (BS) is the most worn wear of the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint, a float band of 0.45 to 0.67. The skin's float ceiling is 0.67, so this wear takes 33% of the finish's scale. The rank is Restricted and the collection is The Radiant Collection. For CS2, this is the cheapest way to get an M4A1-S with iridescent paint.

Where the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint came from

The paint looks like a corrupted picture: pink, light blue, blue and orange strokes mixed together, with horizontal bands. The suppressor is pink at its end and light blue near the barrel. The handguard is covered in transverse stripes, while the receiver and stock carry large patches of different colors. The barrel and the carry handle stay dark olive-brown metal.

The closer the float gets to 0.67, the more scuffs the motley paint collects. In Battle-Scarred they gather on the edges of the handguard and the corners of the stock.

What to check before buying

The Radiant Collection was added to the game on March 31, 2025, and the M4A1-S | Glitched Paint arrived with the same update. No Workshop artist stands behind it: the skin is Valve's own work, and there is no Steam Workshop submission. Valve's catalog lists it as number 1311. The item description ends with the line "Please return to display after use".

• you want an iridescent finish at the price of the most worn wear;
