The M4A4 | Buzz Kill in Battle-Scarred (BS) is an orange-and-yellow M4A4 in the most worn condition the skin allows. Float in this wear runs from 0.45 to 0.70, and 0.70 is the ceiling of the scale. It is a Covert skin found in the Glove Case. In CS2 the rifle was released in all five wears.

What the M4A4 | Buzz Kill looks like in Battle-Scarred

The receiver and stock are painted a saturated orange with yellow edges. The handguard is black, with a row of dark ovals. The pistol grip and the end of the stock are olive green, and the magazine is dark. A yellow ring sits at the muzzle. Small technical lettering is set on the receiver and stock.

Valve describes the M4A4 | Buzz Kill as a neat paint job in yellow and green and calls the weapon a product of Sektor Industry. The item's caption reads: "There's one at every party". Battle-Scarred pales the orange at the receiver edges and the butt plate, and the muzzle ring wears away before any other part. The wear is fixed at drop.

Where the M4A4 | Buzz Kill came from

DasDas made the finish. The M4A4 | Buzz Kill entered the game in November 2016, together with the Glove Collection, and Valve's catalog lists it as number 632.

What to check before buying

Choosing a particular M4A4 | Buzz Kill comes down to these points:

StatTrak and Souvenir

A StatTrak version of the M4A4 | Buzz Kill was released. There were no Souvenir packages with this finish, but a Souvenir copy is assembled independently: the Souvenir-O-Matic adds gold tournament stickers and a player autograph to an ordinary skin.

Stickers and craft on the M4A4 | Buzz Kill

The handguard is black, and light stickers read best on it. On the orange field of the receiver a sticker looks like a patch, and the small lettering on the side is better left uncovered. White and yellow marks show well on the olive grip.

Battle-Scarred makes sense for the M4A4 | Buzz Kill when:
