What the M4A4 | Etch Lord looks like in Well-Worn
This is the M4A4 | Etch Lord in Well-Worn (WW), and it occupies a narrow band: from 0.38 to 0.45, about 7% of the scale. Restricted rank, dropped from the Kilowatt Case. In CS2 this rifle costs almost the same in this wear as in neighboring Battle-Scarred, and scuffs on black metal are less noticeable than on light skins.
Where the M4A4 | Etch Lord came from
There is a lot of black in the finish. The barrel, rail, stock and receiver are dark metal, while the handguard and grip are gray-olive plastic. The pattern consists of thin pale lines. On the right side of the receiver they gather into a dense weave; on the top and near the magazine window they spread out more sparsely. The clear dark magazine holds an orange checkered mesh, with blue patches visible lower down.
The scale segment for the M4A4 | Etch Lord here is 0.38 to 0.45. In this wear the receiver ribs and the area around the bolt catch button are visibly lighter than the rest of the metal. The wide side panels keep showing the curls.

What the M4A4 | Etch Lord costs in Well-Worn
Copies of the M4A4 | Etch Lord differ in this:
- float: the 0.38 to 0.45 band is tight, so differences between listings fall within the margin of error;
- stickers and a name tag from the previous owner of the M4A4 | Etch Lord;
- how visible the weave is on the side panel: on listings near the upper boundary it is weaker.
The pattern is the same on every copy of the M4A4 | Etch Lord, so the choice rests on wear alone.
Getting the M4A4 | Etch Lord
Factory New costs more than ten times as much, Minimal Wear two and a half times. Field-Tested is a sixth more expensive, Battle-Scarred only a few percent. Within the Restricted M4A4 row in this wear, the Etch Lord is the cheapest. Above it stand M4A4 | Sheet Lightning, M4A4 | Evil Daimyo and M4A4 | Griffin, and the highest of all is M4A4 | Daybreak.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The Kilowatt Case is where the skin comes from. To get the M4A4 | Etch Lord through a trade-up, it is enough to hand in ten Mil-Spec skins. The outcome is taken from the collection of one of the inputs, and a ten made entirely of Kilowatt skins merely sends the result to that set.
Stickers and craft on the M4A4 | Etch Lord
The M4A4 | Etch Lord comes with StatTrak, and Souvenir packages are absent.
Who this wear suits
The dark base accepts stickers of any color. If the listing already carries some, judge how they go with the orange mesh of the magazine.
