The P250 | Kintsugi in Minimal Wear (MW) shows a nearly untouched orange bird against ivory, with gold seams. This wear is given a float of 0.07 to 0.15, which is 8% of the finish's scale. Its rank is Classified, and the pistol belongs to The Dead Hand Collection.
What the P250 | Kintsugi looks like in Minimal Wear
The base is ivory, and over it an orange bird crosses the slide and the grip, with gold crack-seams and a gold-plated trigger guard. Blue-gray waves run along the bottom of the grip. Valve describes the finish as a bright orange bird and gold accents on an ivory base.
In Minimal Wear the wear is barely visible: the light base is almost clean and the gold lines keep their shine. Wear is fixed at the drop, so on any particular copy it does not grow.
Where the P250 | Kintsugi came from
The Dead Hand Collection came out in the update of March 11, 2026, and Valve described it as a set of 17 finishes by community authors. Valve's catalog number for this finish is 1420. In the Steam Workshop the finish was listed as "P250 | Kintsugi (Original)": the author Volkovyi published it on May 7, 2025, and the catalog names Blazer as the designer.
What to check before buying
In a P250 | Kintsugi listing, look at:
- float: the band of this wear runs from 0.07 to 0.15;
- the shine of the gold lines and the cleanness of the light base;
- the name tag and the stickers this P250 | Kintsugi already carries.
The pattern index changes nothing on the P250 | Kintsugi. A spread of 0.07 to 0.15 is small, so there is little to choose by float.
What the P250 | Kintsugi costs in Minimal Wear
The other wears compared with this one:
- Factory New is about twice as expensive;
- Field-Tested is about half the price;
- Well-Worn is about half the price;
- Battle-Scarred is cheaper by more than half.
Minimal Wear splits its neighbors down the middle: half of Factory New and double Field-Tested.
Among Classified P250s in this wear the finish is again in the lower part of the range. Franklin, Visions and Epicenter are cheaper. The nearest above, P250 | Cartel and P250 | Muertos, cost about a sixth more.
Getting the P250 | Kintsugi
The source of the P250 | Kintsugi is the Sealed Dead Hand Terminal, and no other case holds it. By contract the same skin is built from ten Restricted skins of this collection. The collection has three Classified finishes, so the chance is one in three. Two Covert skins lead upward from the set.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The P250 | Kintsugi has a StatTrak version. Souvenir copies of the finish exist too, but no souvenir packages were issued for it: those were made only for the tournament map collections. Such copies are built through the Souvenir-O-Matic, which applies gold tournament stickers and a player autograph to an ordinary skin from the inventory.
Stickers and craft on the P250 | Kintsugi
The background is light and there is a single patch of color, which is the bird. In CS2 this skin fits light loadouts. Small, pale stickers dissolve into the ivory, so large dark ones look better. Black and graphite stickers sit well next to the gilding.
Who this wear suits
Buying the P250 | Kintsugi in Minimal Wear makes sense in three cases:
- the bird and the gold seams should read almost as on a new skin, and paying double for Factory New is excessive;
- a copy from the short stretch of 0.07 to 0.15 is enough for you;
- in CS2 you want a light base for dark stickers with a minimum of scuffs.
If some wear is acceptable, Field-Tested costs half as much, and its float runs from 0.15 to 0.38.
