R8 Revolver | Leafhopper (Factory New)

Factory New (FN) on the R8 Revolver | Leafhopper means a float from 0.00 to 0.07, from the Boreal collection. It is an Industrial Grade revolver for both sides. In CS2 this is the clean look, with no scuffs at all.

What the R8 Revolver | Leafhopper looks like in Factory New

The revolver wears a dark green glossy paint with golden details. The frame, barrel and cylinder are a saturated green that eases toward lime. The top rail, the underbarrel block and the trigger are golden brass, and the grip panel is a pale mint white.

There is no artwork and no lettering: green floods the frame, barrel and cylinder, and gold picks out the rail and the block under the barrel. The grip is a single tone.

The gloss is even and nothing is scuffed, so in Factory New the shift from dark green to light reads in full.

Where the R8 Revolver | Leafhopper came from

The skin belongs to the Boreal collection. In the update of March 31, 2025, Valve put the collection into the weekly reward alongside Ascent and Radiant.

What to check before buying

A listing of the R8 Revolver | Leafhopper is judged on these signs:

• the float: in Factory New it takes 0.07 of a 0.65 scale, or 11%;

• stickers from a previous owner, and any name tag on the revolver.

Between 0.00 and 0.07 the look does not change, so you will not catch a difference between listings.

What the R8 Revolver | Leafhopper costs in Factory New

By the data, the other four wears all cost about twice as much as Factory New: Minimal Wear 2.0 times, the rest 2.1 times.

Of the four Industrial Grade R8 revolvers, this skin in this wear is the cheapest. The Dark Chamber comes almost level, Nitro costs 18 times as much, and Phoenix Marker 46 times.

Getting the R8 Revolver | Leafhopper

StatTrak and Souvenir

The skin has neither a StatTrak version nor a Souvenir one.

Stickers and craft on the R8 Revolver | Leafhopper

The flat green fill does not argue with stickers. Light and golden ones show on the dark frame, while on the lime areas dark ones work better. The mint-white grip suits black stickers.
