StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted (Field-Tested)

The StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted in Field-Tested (FT) covers the float band 0.15 to 0.38 and puts a kill counter on a rifle painted with dark tribal ornament. It is a Mil-Spec skin from The Prisma Collection, it drops from the Prisma Case, and the counter version is valued at three times the normal one.

What the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted looks like in Field-Tested

The wooden parts and the side of the receiver carry a dark ornament. The ground is ochre sand that drifts to brown in places, and the pattern over it is dark brown, close to black. The barrel, gas tube, dust cover and magazine stay a flat black.

The densest figure sits on the stock: a symmetrical mask with eyes and curls spreading outward. Spirals and wavy ribbons run along the handguard. Wear is fixed when the skin drops. In Field-Tested the ochre layer on the edges of the handguard and stock has rubbed down to a pale tone, and the ornament breaks in places.

Where the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted came from

The skin was drawn by apel8. The Prisma Collection came out in March 2019, and the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted has been part of it since release. Valve's catalog lists the skin under number 836.

What to check before buying

Before paying for the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted, look at three things:

• the float: this wear takes the band from 0.15 to 0.38, almost a third of the whole scale;

• the number on the kill counter, which cannot be reset;

• any stickers and name tag already on this copy.

The pattern never varies between copies. The choice here is made inside 0.15 to 0.38, where the gap between the top and bottom of the band is easy to see.

What the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted costs in Field-Tested

The counter version costs more than three times the normal one in the same wear. Across the wears the picture is this:

• Factory New (FN) costs two and a half times more;

• Minimal Wear (MW) costs about forty percent more;

• Well-Worn (WW) costs about one and a half times more;

• Battle-Scarred (BS) costs five percent more.

Only two Mil-Spec AK-47s have StatTrak™ versions. The StatTrak™ AK-47 | Elite Build costs about two and a half times more, which leaves the Uncharted the cheaper of the pair.

Getting the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted

The skin drops from the Prisma Case. The StatTrak™ version also comes out of a trade-up contract, but only when all ten inputs are StatTrak™.

StatTrak and Souvenir

Anyone who does not want the counter takes the regular AK-47 | Uncharted, which costs a third as much in this wear. The skin has no Souvenir packages. The reading cannot be reset: the StatTrak Swap Tool only trades the numbers between two items.

Stickers and craft on the StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted

The metal parts are free: the dust cover and magazine stay black. The stock, where the mask sits, has no room for stickers. Warm gold and orange stickers read well on the ochre, while blue ones merge into the dark ornament.

Who this wear suits

The StatTrak™ AK-47 | Uncharted in Field-Tested makes sense in three cases:

• you want an AK-47 for CS2 with a kill counter and a calm brown palette;

• you choose by float, since listings differ across the wide band;

• you are building a craft in warm tones and want a price below the other wears of the StatTrak™ version.

If you want untouched ochre on the handguard, look at Factory New instead: it costs two and a half times more.
