StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot (Field-Tested)

The StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot in Field-Tested (FT) is the kill-counter version of a Mil-Spec USP-S from The Dead Hand Collection. The skin comes from the Sealed Dead Hand Terminal, and the counter lifts the price almost fivefold over the regular version. For CS2 the StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot can be bought in all five wears.

What the StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot looks like in Field-Tested

The artwork is the same as on the regular version: a bright blue ornament of angular signs and geometric shapes on a gray steel pistol. The signs wrap around the suppressor, fall into a pattern on the slide and frame, and a diamond with rays shows on the grip.

A float band of 0.15 to 0.38 is assigned to this wear. Wear is fixed when the item drops and does not change afterward, and neither does the artwork.

Where the StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot came from

The finish was made by Maloo and kioShimyo. They posted their entry, “USP-S | SILENT BOY”, in the Steam Workshop on October 20, 2024.

The StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot has existed in the game since March 11, 2026, when The Dead Hand Collection came out. Valve's catalog lists the finish under number 1431.

What to check before buying

What to look at on a StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot besides the price:

• the counter reading: it was run up by a previous owner and passes to the buyer as it stands;


• the float: the band from 0.15 to 0.38 is long, and listings at its edges differ noticeably in paint wear;


• stickers and a name tag already sitting on that particular StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot.

You cannot choose a StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot by pattern: the artwork is the same on every listing.

What the StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot costs in Field-Tested

Next to the regular USP-S | Silent Shot in the same wear, the counter version costs almost five times more. The other wears with a counter, relative to this one:

• Factory New is almost five times dearer;


• Minimal Wear is more than one and a half times dearer;


• Well-Worn costs one and a half times less;


• Battle-Scarred is about two fifths cheaper.

Among Mil-Spec StatTrak USP-Ss the skin holds the lower part of the row. Only the USP-S | PC-GRN and the USP-S | 27 cost less. The USP-S | Torque runs level, and the USP-S | Lead Conduit and USP-S | Black Lotus cost more than twice as much.

Getting the StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot

The contents of the Dead Hand terminal include a counter version too, and there is no separate case for it.

A contract cannot build the counter version: Mil-Spec is the lowest rank in the collection, and a contract returns a rank above what goes in. As an input, though, the skin works if all ten skins in the contract are StatTrak, since the game does not mix regular and counter ones.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The regular USP-S | Silent Shot, without a counter, is a separate product with its own page and price, and in Field-Tested it is noticeably cheaper. A souvenir does not combine with a counter: the game has no souvenir items with StatTrak.

Stickers and craft on the StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot

With a counter, plan the build up front: the reading stays on the item, and so do any applied stickers and name. The blue ornament covers the slide, and white stickers read best on it.

Who this wear suits

Buying the StatTrak™ USP-S | Silent Shot here, in Field-Tested, is worth it under these conditions:

• you want a kill counter on a blue USP-S for CS2;


• price matters more than clean paint: Factory New with a counter costs almost five times more;


• a float anywhere between 0.15 and 0.38 suits you.

Without a counter, the same skin in this wear costs noticeably less.
