Sticker | Baby Fire Serpent

The Sticker | Baby Fire Serpent is a High Grade sticker from the 10 Year Birthday Sticker Capsule. The name refers to the AK-47 | Fire Serpent skin, but the artwork has neither fire nor red: the serpent is green.

What the Sticker | Baby Fire Serpent looks like

It shows the head of a green serpent-dragon with a scaly neck, a flat crest at the back of the head and yellow-gold details at the temple. The mouth is wide open: sharp fangs, a reddish palate and gold edging on the lips are visible. The eye is round, with a white sclera and a dark pupil.

Dark blue storm clouds hang behind the head. The whole composition is outlined with a thick white edge, like badge-style stickers, so the serpent reads on any background.

The finish is the ordinary paper one: matte, with no foil. On a dark weapon the green gives a fresh accent, and on a light one the white outline helps.

The sticker belongs to the 10 Year Birthday Sticker Capsule, a set for the game's anniversary that holds sixty-five stickers. The release date of the anniversary collection cannot be confirmed, so it is left out.

The set is an anniversary one and is not tied to a tournament.

How the sticker works

You can apply the serpent to any firearm, and there are five sticker slots. Position and rotation are set freely, so the head can point toward the barrel or toward the grip.

Knives and gloves do not take stickers.

The wear on a sticker is set by hand and goes in one direction only, and at the last step it disappears. The weapon's float does not change. It has no StatTrak, no Souvenir version and no trade-up contract.

What the Sticker | Baby Fire Serpent costs

The artwork has no other finishes, so the main reference is its place in the anniversary set. Among sixty-five stickers this one ranks forty-eighth by price, in the lower third of the row.

The number is nominal: fifteen more stickers of the set cost the same, and sorting sets the order among them. It is more accurate to say Baby Fire Serpent belongs to the cheaper part of the set, together with other paper High Grade stickers.

You can buy the sticker for CS2 as an accent from the cheaper end of the set. It gives no gameplay advantage.

The name is easy to read as a hint at fire, but there is none in the picture: the serpent is calmly green, with dark clouds behind it. This is a funny little creature from the anniversary collection, not a copy of the artwork from the weapon skin. In a set of sixty-five entries, friendly creatures like this add variety.
