The Sticker | Ruby Wave (Lenticular) is an Extraordinary sticker from the Elemental Craft Sticker Pack. By price it is the first position in a set of twenty-six.

What the Sticker | Ruby Wave looks like

The design is a single curved wave in a deep scarlet. The crest bends from left to right and down, and inside it you can make out a dark red pattern like cells or scales. The edges are ragged, like frozen paint, with splashes and large drops around them.

The color is deep, from a light crimson on the edge to almost burgundy in the thick of it. There is no frame and no background. On a dark weapon the scarlet reads sharply, and on a light camo it is hard to confuse with anything around it.

The color and shape are easy to recognize from a distance. The finish is lenticular, and that finish holds first place in the set by price. The arc has the same form as the paper Hydro Wave, only the color is red.

Where the Sticker | Ruby Wave came from

The set came out on October 2, 2024, with The Armory update. The sticker was not found in capsules. The set was bought with Armory credits, where a random item dropped from a chosen collection.

On July 8, 2026, Valve removed Elemental Craft from the Armory, and the release is closed. There are no new copies, and that is the main argument in any talk about price.

How the sticker works

The Ruby Wave goes on a firearm of any type. There are five slots, and in each one the player chooses the position and rotation angle. Knives and gloves are not built for stickers.

Wear is applied with the scraper and only goes forward: it cannot be removed. When the wear reaches the last step, the sticker disappears. So an expensive sticker is better left alone without need. The condition of the weapon does not affect this.

This category has no float, no StatTrak, no Souvenir version and no trade-up contract.

What the Sticker | Ruby Wave costs

No other finishes of this design have been released, so the main reference is the set. By price the Ruby Wave takes first place out of twenty-six.

Next to the paper Elemental Craft stickers it sits in a different price class altogether. Between it and the lower part of the list lies the biggest price gap in the whole set.

The closed release holds the price up. The print run is stopped, and every sticker removed from a weapon or scraped away to nothing leaves circulation.

You can buy the Ruby Wave for CS2 only for the look and the collection. In CS2 it gives no gameplay advantage.
