Stockholm 2021 Challengers Sticker Capsule

The Stockholm 2021 Challengers Sticker Capsule is the team-sticker capsule for this Major. One sticker drops out of thirty-six: four finishes for each of nine logos.

What's inside the capsule

The contents are fixed and known in advance. The logos are Team Spirit, Astralis, paiN Gaming, ENCE, BIG, Movistar Riders, Heroic, MOUZ and the PGL tournament itself.

Every logo comes in paper, Holo, Foil and Gold. That is where the thirty-six entries come from: four versions of each of the nine logos.

The capsule art is a translucent red sphere with the word Challengers on it and team emblems arranged around the sides. Exactly one sticker drops. Valve does not publish the odds for each finish, so there are no percentages here.

Where the Stockholm 2021 Challengers Sticker Capsule came from

The capsule was released for the PGL Stockholm 2021 Major, one of the big Counter-Strike tournaments of its day. The name Challengers marks the seeding stage a team entered at. It is a division of the Major, not a special mechanic.

Valve described the capsule this way: half of the sales revenue supports the organizations whose emblems are inside. The split by placement was never officially disclosed.

The capsules have been discontinued. Starting with the Cologne 2026 Major, Valve sells stickers in a store for tokens. Capsules released before that keep trading.

Opening the capsule

No key is needed. The capsule opens at once, and you pay only for the capsule itself, unlike CS2 weapon cases.

The sticker you get can go on any firearm, and there are five sticker slots. You choose the position and rotation freely. Knives and gloves have no slots.

Sticker wear is set by hand and cannot be undone: scratches can be added but never removed. At the final step the sticker disappears from the weapon. The capsule has no float, StatTrak, Souvenir version or trade-up contract.

What the Stockholm 2021 Challengers Sticker Capsule costs

You can buy the Challengers capsule for the draw, but its price follows what is inside. Stickers give no gameplay advantage in CS2. Finishes of one logo differ many times over. For the MOUZ logo from this capsule, the Holo version costs roughly fifteen times the paper one, and the Gold version almost sixty times.

The Foil MOUZ costs about twelve and a half times the paper one. The weight of the capsule sits in the rare finishes, while paper stickers form the bottom of the list.

Valve does not publish the odds and the release is closed, so opening one stays a lottery. The result depends on the finish and on the team.
