Description

The UMP-45 | Wild Child in Factory New (FN) is the most expensive of the finish's five wears. The 0.00 to 0.07 band takes only 7 percent of the scale. It is Classified rank, from The Revolution Collection, and the skin drops from the Revolution Case.

What the UMP-45 | Wild Child looks like in Factory New

A child seems to have drawn all over this submachine gun. The base is dark crimson and plum. Blocks of turquoise, yellow and pink lie over it, and marker drawings are applied on top in pink, yellow, turquoise and blue. Among the scrawls you can make out little figures, stars, hearts, triangles, circles and small animals. The magazine is pink-crimson with a gold stripe, the stock is assembled from angular turquoise, yellow and pink patches, and the trigger and charging handle are pink. The top rail and part of the barrel remain dark gray metal. Letters and captions turn up in the drawings, but none of them can be read.

The scrawls are thin marker lines, and on the projecting spots they go first: receiver ribs, handguard edge, stock corners, magazine rim. Color blocks sit on flat planes and last longer. Factory New has almost no wear, so all these spots keep their drawing, and wear is fixed at the drop and does not grow.

Where the UMP-45 | Wild Child came from

Kiku drew the finish; the Workshop submission was called "UMP // XmmX" and went up on August 10, 2022. The author put it in one phrase: not all of it has to be new and bright. The UMP-45 | Wild Child appeared on February 9, 2023, when The Revolution Collection was added to the game. The next day Valve wrote that the Revolution Case brought 17 finishes from community artists, and gloves from The Clutch Collection as rare special items. In Valve's catalog the finish carries number 1236.

What to check before buying

Before picking a UMP-45 | Wild Child, look at these points:

  • float: in this wear the band is a narrow 0.00 to 0.07, and copies barely differ from one another;

  • whether stickers and a name tag are already on the UMP-45 | Wild Child;

  • pattern: on all copies of the UMP-45 | Wild Child it is the same.

What the UMP-45 | Wild Child costs in Factory New

Nothing in the finish's lineup costs more than Factory New. Minimal Wear is cheaper by 2.2 times, Field-Tested by 3.3, Well-Worn by 3.6 and Battle-Scarred by 3.8. The main gap falls between Factory New and Minimal Wear, while the bottom three wears cost about the same.

Among Classified UMP-45 skins priced in this wear, the finish is fifth of six: only Momentum is cheaper. K.O. Factory costs 1.25 times more, Primal Saber 1.4 times, Neo-Noir almost twice, and Fade an order of magnitude or more.

Getting the UMP-45 | Wild Child

Revolution Case is where it drops. To trade up into the UMP-45 | Wild Child you take ten Restricted skins from anywhere, and the result comes from the collection of one of the inputs. Ten from The Revolution Collection steers the result to that set, but that is the player's choice, not a condition.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The UMP-45 | Wild Child has a StatTrak version, and no Souvenir packages exist for the finish.

Stickers and craft on the UMP-45 | Wild Child

The scrawls cover the receiver, handguard, stock and magazine, so a sticker on any of these parts ends up among the drawings. The free places are the top rail and the barrel, where the metal is bare. Bright stickers blend into the general riot of color, while dark and strict ones stand out on it. For a sticker setup in CS2, almost any sticker looks at home on this finish.

Who this wear suits

Factory New is the one to buy for the UMP-45 | Wild Child if any one of these applies:

  • you want untouched scrawls on the edges of the receiver, handguard and stock in CS2;

  • the top wear of the finish matters, and paying more than twice as much for it does not bother you;

  • the 0.00 to 0.07 band is narrow, so any listing will do.
