Well-Worn (WW) is the fourth wear of the UMP-45 | Wild Child, with a float from 0.38 to 0.45. The rank is Classified, and the collection is The Revolution Collection.
What the UMP-45 | Wild Child looks like in Well-Worn
The point of this UMP-45 is a solid field of scribbled drawings, with no single large figure. The base is raspberry and plum, with blocks of turquoise, yellow and pink on top. The stock is assembled from angular patches in the same colors, and the magazine is pink-raspberry with a gold stripe. The trigger and the charging handle are pink, and the rail and part of the barrel are dark gray metal.
In Well-Worn the scrawls disappear from the raised spots and leave bare blocks of color; elsewhere the artwork reads whole. Wear was set when the skin dropped.
Where the UMP-45 | Wild Child came from
The finish is by kiku. The submission "UMP // XmmX" appeared in the Steam Workshop in August 2022, and Valve's catalog lists the skin as number 1236. The author added a short thought: not every item has to be new and bright.
The UMP-45 | Wild Child arrived in the game on February 9, 2023. Valve's item text says the UMP-45 is built on stripes of neon color, with sketches of bullets, crowns and other drawings on top. It calls the submachine gun the misunderstood middle child of its family.
What to check before buying
Look over these points first:
- the float, somewhere between 0.38 and 0.45;
- the magazine edges and the receiver ribs, where the scrawls turn pale;
- stickers and a name tag a previous owner may have added.
There is no choosing by artwork here at all.
In this wear the band of 0.38 to 0.45 is narrow, and copies hardly differ from one another.
What the UMP-45 | Wild Child costs in Well-Worn
Factory New costs three and a half times as much, and Minimal Wear one and a half times. Field-Tested is a few percent above, while Battle-Scarred is cheaper by a tenth.
Of five Classified UMP-45 skins priced in this wear, this one is the cheapest. Neo-Noir costs a fifth more, K.O. Factory half again as much, and Momentum a little more than that. Primal Saber costs four times as much.
Getting the UMP-45 | Wild Child
A trade-up needs ten Restricted skins. They can come from any collections, and the result is drawn from the set of one of the inputs. The other route is a drop from the Revolution Case.
StatTrak and Souvenir
A StatTrak version of the UMP-45 | Wild Child is on offer, while Souvenir packages do not exist for this finish.
Stickers and craft on the UMP-45 | Wild Child
The raspberry base and colored blocks give stickers a motley background, against which dark and white ones stand out more. The gray metal of the rail and barrel stays neutral.
Who this wear suits
Well-Worn pays off on the UMP-45 | Wild Child when:
- you want a scribbled UMP-45, even with the doodles worn off the edges;
- the price gap to Battle-Scarred is small and the float is better;
- the narrow band of 0.38 to 0.45 needs no sorting.
In CS2, Well-Worn differs from its neighbors only in looks.
