Factory New (FN) is the top wear of the USP-S | Sleeping Potion: a float of only 0.00 to 0.07, a tenth of the scale. It is a Restricted skin from The Harlequin Collection, and in CS2 its pearlescent camo shows the blotches at their fullest.
What the USP-S | Sleeping Potion looks like in Factory New
The pistol is painted in lilac tones. Violet and mauve blotches are scattered over a gray-green base, large on the suppressor and shrinking toward the grip. Turquoise inserts sit on the slide and frame, and light-blue dots show near the ejection port and on the trigger guard. The magazine is dark gray, and the front sight and trigger are left unpainted. Valve describes the finish as a purple camo with a pearlescent coat and the caption "A new brew!"
The new body keeps the violet whole on the edges of the suppressor and slide, the spots that go gray first in other wears. The turquoise accents and light-blue dots read without a single scuff, and the blotches on the grip stay small.
Where the USP-S | Sleeping Potion came from
The finish is an in-house Valve design, not a Workshop submission. It was released on January 21, 2026, and its Valve catalog number is 1377. That same day two sets, Harlequin and Achroma, joined the weekly reward, and The Harlequin Collection was one of them.
What to check before buying
Three things set one listing of the USP-S | Sleeping Potion apart from another:
- float: 0.00 to 0.07, and the listings at either end differ only by the number;
- pattern: where the blotches land differs between copies;
- stickers and a name tag the previous owner may have added.
Pattern variance on the USP-S | Sleeping Potion
The artwork is a draw here: the pattern index shifts the camo, so two copies with the same float do not match in their blotches. The finish has no named rare variants. On a clean body the difference is easiest to see, and you can pick a copy where the blotches fell nicely across the suppressor.
What the USP-S | Sleeping Potion costs in Factory New
Minimal Wear is half the price, Field-Tested is seven times cheaper, Well-Worn 7.4 times and Battle-Scarred more than ten times. Factory New pulls away from the lower wears in one sharp jump.
Among Restricted USP-S skins, Factory New costs about one and a half times as much as Bleeding Edge, Guardian and Royal Guard. Flashback and Ticket to Hell are three to four times cheaper.
Getting the USP-S | Sleeping Potion
No case drops this skin. The Harlequin Collection, though, is on the weekly play-time reward list. A trade-up contract is one more way in: ten Mil-Spec skins go in, and the result comes from the collection of one of the inputs. Putting in all ten from Harlequin steers the result there, but a mixed ten works as well.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The USP-S | Sleeping Potion has no StatTrak counterpart, and Valve issued no Souvenir packages for the finish.
Stickers and craft on the USP-S | Sleeping Potion
On clean lilac camo, stickers stand out in contrast. The pearlescent coat takes white and silver stickers well, and bright yellow ones catch the eye against the violet.
Who this wear suits
Factory New is worth buying on the USP-S | Sleeping Potion if:
- you want a clean body and unbroken camo;
- you care about choosing a copy by where its blotches sit;
- price is not the main concern and you want the top of the finish's scale.
