Unusual Greedy Greevil

What Makes an Unusual Courier Different

Unusual Greedy Greevil is an Unusual courier — a courier carrying its own particle effect. In Dota 2 that is a separate class of item: what sets it apart is not the model but the glow and the trail behind it.

What Greevils Are

Two gems are built into it: an Ethereal one supplies the effect, a Prismatic one its colour. An ordinary courier does neither, and that is the entire gap between a one-dollar price and a double-digit one.

The effect is visible all game. The courier runs between fountain and lane, and both your team and the people sniping it watch the trail.

None of it changes the game. Speed, health and behaviour stay standard.

What Not Usable in Crafting Means

Greevils come from Dota 2's winter events. In the lore their colour, appearance and abilities depend on which magical essences reached the egg while it was still maturing.

Hence the family: there are many greevils in many colours, and Greedy is one of them. The model is compact with an oversized head, and it stays readable even in a crowded fight.

What It Costs and Why

The item is flagged as unusable in crafting. Buying, selling and using it are unaffected — the courier behaves like any other.

The flag only matters to someone planning to break the item down for parts, which is not a thing people do with couriers.

Is It Worth Buying

Three things hold the price of an Unusual courier: the model, the effect and its colour. Rare combinations cost several times more than common ones while looking similar side by side.

What is being asked for this particular copy shows in the card above and is live. On LIS-SKINS it usually sits under the Steam Market.

Mass-produced colours are the cheapest, scarce ones the dearest — and the model underneath can be identical.

Where to Buy Unusual Greedy Greevil

If you want effects and glow without overpaying, this works: Unusual couriers start roughly at this level.

If you just need a courier, ordinary models cost a fraction and carry items exactly the same.

Collectors like greevils because the line is seasonal: no new colours are added, and the old ones slowly drain out of the market.

There is also the practical argument — a courier does not go out of date with a patch. Heroes change, the meta changes, the thing carrying your items is in every game.

On LIS-SKINS the courier sits on this page: Steam authorisation, pick an offer, pay by card, cryptocurrency or e-wallet.

After payment it arrives in your Steam inventory, and reselling works from here as well.

Comparing a few offers is worth it: effect colours differ between copies, and that moves the price more than you would expect.
