TERMS OF USE

User (You) – means an individual willing to buy or sell in-game virtual items.

In-game or virtual item (Skin) – means virtual item that has a digital value for use within the video games and can be stored and transferred electronically.

User Account – means an account under the name/credentials of the User in relation to the Service subscribed.

Company – means IN-GAME SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD, the company which owns LisSkins Website (https://lis-skins.com/), a private company limited by shares, registration number 202435257H, has its registered address and the principal place of business at: 135 MIDDLE ROAD, #02-27, BYLANDS BUILDING, SINGAPORE (188975)
The company IN-GAME SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD was founded in Singapore, and laws of Singapore apply to its activity.

Privacy Policy – means the Company’s privacy policy accessed via the Privacy Policy link, which is an inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions.

Refund – means a reversal of means upon management decision and/or as per request of a User deposited in the User Account not used for the Services.

Services – means, as appropriate, the services offered for the time being by the Company through the Website access to the platform through which Users can purchase and sell Steam in-game items. By “purchase” or “sell”, we mean an agreement to transfer rights to use a Skin inside of a Game.

Terms of Use – means (a) the Terms and Conditions; (b) the Privacy Policy; (c) where appropriate the relevant Rules, Additional Terms applicable to the Services that are being used by You.

Funds or Balance – means a virtual asset (nether FIAT, nor cryptocurrency) held by the User on the LisSkins Balance of his User Account and used by him to use the Services.

Website – means the website or any respective page, subpage, subdomain or section thereof from time to time, located at or accessible via the domain name: https://lis-skins.com/.

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before accepting them. The Terms of Use constitute an Agreement between You as a User and Us, the Company, as set forth herein.

LisSkins has the right to unilaterally change any clauses and provisions of these Terms of Use without separate notice to You, only by announcing them on the Website. It is Your responsibility to monitor changes of the Terms of Use on the Website.


1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 LisSkins is a reseller of virtual goods. Goods sold to or purchased from LisSkins are subject to the Steam platform's restrictions, and all users must abide by the restrictions imposed by the Steam platform. LisSkins is not liable for loss of funds or goods resulting from decisions made by third parties that provide services necessary for the operation of LisSkins.

1.2 Usage of Service is age restricted. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. In any case, You must comply with the requirements of Your jurisdiction regarding legal age for entering into contracts, if You breach this legislative requirements and deceive us, we will not bear responsibility for this. By using the Service, You declare that according to Your local jurisdiction, You are of legal age and eligible to enter into the Agreement on Your own or have received parental or legal guardian approval to enter into the Agreement.

1.3 The Service is intended for consumers. LisSkins grants You the personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable and limited right to access and use the Website for Your own personal purposes as an individual consumer. The use of the Website for purposes other than personal is possible only with the consent of the Company.

1.4 You need a supported Web browser to access the Website. You acknowledge and agree that LisSkins may cease to support a given Web browser and that Your continuous use of the Website will require You to download a supported Web browser. You also acknowledge and agree that the performance of the Website is incumbent on the performance of Your computer equipment and Your Internet connection.

1.5 You agree to sign on and register for the Website through Your Steam account provided by the Valve Corporation. You are solely responsible for managing Your account and password and for keeping Your password confidential (including, but not limited to API key). You are also solely responsible for restricting access to Your account. The Company is not responsible in case of third-party access to Your account through Your fault.

1.6 All virtual items remain the property and ownership of Valve Corporation and are provided on an "as is" basis.

1.7 The transaction cannot be terminated by you, at any stage, after the successful transfer of items in Steam.

1.8 LisSkins reserves the right to reject in service provision and provide a refund at its sole discretion.

1.9 LisSkins is not related to online gambling.

1.10 LisSkins does not provide any crypto-fiat, fiat-crypto, or other currency exchange;

1.11 User balances and skin prices on our Website are stored in USD. If you choose another currency, the prices will be converted at the appropriate rate. Currency can be changed in the Website header. Depending on the selected currency, You will be able to withdraw money in different ways.

1.12 Funds received for the sale of skins can be spent on the purchase of skins or withdrawn to Your credentials (card, SPB, Yumani, Cryptowallet).
Please note that funds received from deposits can only be spent to buy skins. Withdraw or transfer to another account - impossible.

1.13 We remind You that in some cases of withdrawal to credit cards, the payment can take up to 3 business days to be processed by the bank and this is in no way dependent on our service.

1.14 We are not responsible if You have made a mistake when completing the details and the money has been transferred to them. If the transaction is unsuccessful - You can always correct the details with the help of our support team.

1.15 The standard payment time is 5 minutes, but usually the transfer is faster. In case of problems with payment gateway - we will not be able to make payment in time, such requests will be paid as soon as the problem with payment system is solved. In 99.9% of cases waiting time does not exceed 24 hours, most often it takes several hours. We apologize if you are in this situation, but we cannot influence it. Our consultants will always offer You other payment options, if they are available. Or you can ask for a refund on the internal balance of lis-skins.ru to buy skins on the market.

1.16 There is no way to know for sure that an account authorized in our system is managed by its owner. If Your account was hacked and items were sold on our service, we are not responsible for that, You should contact investigation authorities with a complaint to the details where the payment was made.


1.17 Sales from stolen accounts are monitored as far as possible, if such incidents are identified - payment of the request can be canceled. If the service has reason to suspect the user of selling items from a stolen account, payment for such items can be postponed until the unlocking of items, in the case of blocking our account - payment will be canceled.

1.18 LisSkins is not affiliated in any way with Valve Corporation and its affiliates.

1.19 LisSkins may modify its functionalities and processes at its sole discretion.

1.20 The User will only make virtual items available for sale at the Website if You are the legal user of these virtual items. LisSkins may, at its sole discretion, remove any item from the Website.

1.21 By creating a LisSkins account, and using LisSkins Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use that include Refund Policy in Section 10 and Privacy Policy which constitute the legally binding Agreement between You and LisSkins.

2. IN-GAME ITEMS PURCHASE AND SALES REQUIREMENTS

Within the LisSkins Platform, You can sell and/or purchase any available virtual item.

2.1 To sale or purchase any in-game item You should:
- be eligible to use the Platform;
- register on the Platform and accept all Terms of Use and relevant Policies;
- have active Steam account (not banned);
- have open Steam inventory;
- have your Steam Guard in active mode;
- have a valid trade link.

2.2 You are strictly prohibited to:
- use any programs/solutions to hide Your identity, and location;
- use third party/false documents, proof of identity, and Payment Methods;
- use unfair external factors or influences (commonly known as cheating) that can affect the performance, security and integrity of the Platform; and/or taking unfair advantage;
- open any Duplicate Accounts; and/or
- undertake fraudulent practice or criminal activity.

2.3 You confirm that:
- You have full understanding of the nature of in-game items usage and are aware of all the possible risks, and any restrictions associated with virtual items, including their purchase, sale and use;
- You acknowledge and fully agree that all skin sales/transfers are final and not subject to a refund or compensation;
- You are an owner (holder) of all the virtual items associated with Your Steam ID.

2.4 You understand and accept that:
- all funds You receive from the sale of Your virtual item, as well as deposited by You will be saved/hold in Your LisSkins Balance.
- LisSkins reserves the right to set limits per one User (or the same person under Duplicate accounts) for purchasing one type of skin or a category of skins to prevent market monopoly and to make sure the prices fair for all Users.

2.5 You accept that the Confirmation Letter sent on email provided by You during registration with the list of items bought by You on LisSkins is considered as a proof of delivery.

3. BALANCE and WITHDRAWALS

3.1 Balance has digital value and may be converted to fiat or cryptocurrency during withdrawal.
3.2 Balance is non-transferable to another platform or person.

3.3 Balance does not accrue interest.

3.4 In order to request withdrawal You need to provide all requested documents in order to complete Your KYC.

3.5 Withdrawals will be made to Your bank account or other withdrawal methods available from the Website. We will credit You back using the same method as You have previously deposited with, when possible. Please, note that withdrawal payments may only be made in the name of and to the registered User.

3.6 Maximum amount available for withdrawal on User’s credit/debit card is indicated in Section 9 Limitations.

3.7 You cannot request withdrawal in fiat currencies if You have deposited in cryptocurrency and vice-versa.
Please pay attention that the value of cryptocurrencies may change dramatically. Rates of the cryptocurrencies should be provided by Your VASP (Virtual Assets Service Provider) and may change without any notice.

3.8 The deposited funds cannot be withdrawn and should be used for in-game items purchase. Please note that You can only withdraw funds You received from selling in-game items You are a legal user of.

3.9 All transactions (deposit/withdrawal) shall be checked in order to prevent money laundering. We shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities. If You become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Items of the Website, You must report this to us immediately. We may suspend, block or close Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Legislation.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 To use the Service, Users must register a User account, providing all required data or information in a complete and truthful manner. Failure to do so will cause unavailability of the Service.

4.2 By registering on LisSkins Website and by accepting these Terms of Use, the User hereby expressly consents to the supply of services from this Website during the withdrawal period and the User expressly acknowledges that he/she is expressly losing his/her right to any withdrawal/cancellation right as regards the supply of said services. The above express consent is acquired in accordance with the Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC) as of 25 October 2011.

4.3 Upon registration Your individual LisSkins account (the “Account”) will be created automatically, and You will be assigned Your personal LisSkins ID.

4.4 By registering, Users agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password. Users are required to immediately and unambiguously inform the Company via [email protected], if they think their personal information, including but not limited to User accounts, access credentials or personal data, have been violated, unduly disclosed or stolen.

4.5 You are solely responsible for keeping Your login credentials confidential. Under no circumstances should You share, disclose, or provide Your username, password, or any other account-related information (including, but not limited to API - key) to any third party. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the unauthorized use of Your account due to the disclosure of Your login data.

4.6 Registration of User accounts on the Website with the use of bots or any other automated methods is strictly prohibited.

4.7 Unless otherwise specified, each User must register only one account.

4.8 One Steam account may only be used to create a single LisSkins account.

4.9 The User shall use the User account only in the frame of using the Services. The User account cannot serve as a bank deposit account or any other savings account.

4.10 We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with the above requirements.

4.11 Registration is free of charge.

4.12 The present Agreement shall be effective as from the date when You registers on LisSkins Website with Steam account and accepts these Terms of Use. The Agreement shall remain in force until duly terminated by either party in full compliance with the terms and conditions expressly set forth herein.

5. CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT; TERMINATION OF THE TERMS OF USE

5.1 CLOSURE AND TERMINATION BY YOU

5.1.1 Your Account can be closed if the account balance is 0. You are entitled to close Your Account and terminate the Terms of Use on not less than twenty-four hours’ notice to us at any time, by contacting us through [email protected].

5.1.2 Upon any termination of Your Account under this paragraph we shall be entitled to withhold, from the repayment of the outstanding balance on Your Account, any monies: (a) pursuant to Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity); (b) pursuant to Breach of the Terms of Use; (c) as otherwise provided by the Terms of Use; or (d) as required by law or regulation.

5.1.3 When repaying the outstanding balance on Your Account, we shall use the same method of payment which You used in operation on Your Account, or such other payment method as we may reasonably select.

5.1.4 Where You have closed Your Account, we may in certain circumstances be able to re-open Your Account with the same account details as before if You request us to do so. In such circumstances, while Your Account will have the same account details as before, it will be subject to the Terms of Use which are in force at the date of any such re-opening.

5.2 CLOSURE AND TERMINATION BY US

5.2.1 We are, at any time (and notwithstanding any other provisions contained in the Terms of Use), entitled to close Your Account and terminate the Terms of Use on written notice (or attempted notice) to You using Your Contact Details. In the event of any such termination by us we shall, as soon as reasonably practicable following a request by You, refund the balance of Your Account.

5.2.2 Where we close Your Account and terminate the Terms of Use pursuant to Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity or Breach of the Terms of Use, the balance of Your Account will be non-refundable and deemed to be forfeited by You to the extent of any claim that we may have against You as at the date of such closure (whether under Your Account, a Duplicate Account or otherwise).

5.2.3 Failure to meet AML and KYC requirements mentioned in this document could cause User’s Account closure.

6. SUSPENSION BY US

6.1 We shall be entitled to suspend Your Account in the circumstances expressly set out in the Terms of Use. Upon the suspension of Your Account: (a) no activity shall be permitted (including deposits, withdrawals, buying/selling) until the date upon which it is re-activated by us; (b) we shall address the issue that has given rise to the Account suspension with a view to resolving it as soon as reasonably practicable so that the Account can, as appropriate, either be re-activated or closed.

6.2 In case of disputes (chargebacks) regarding Your purchases, Your account will be suspended on 180 starting from the day of Your last purchase.

6.3 In case the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect a User of selling in-game items from a stolen account, payment for such in-game items, as well as User’s account, could be suspended until the items are reblocked/unlocked and could be safely transferred. In case User’s account is blocked, payout will be canceled.

7. VERIFICATION OF YOUR IDENTITY; ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING REQUIREMENTS

7.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information You provide when opening and using an Account, and thus confirm and assure LisSkins that the information provided by You is true, complete and correct.

7.2 In addition, You warrant that You are the legal owner of the money You deposit in Your Account at any time.

7.3 By agreeing to the Terms of Use You authorize us to undertake any verification checks from time to time that we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including, but not limited to, our service providers or regulatory bodies) to confirm information provided by You (“Checks“). You agree that from time to time, upon our request (including requests from our service providers and Payment processor), You may be required to provide additional details in respect of any of such information You have provided us, including in relation to any deposits which You have made into Your Account.

7.4 Whilst we are undertaking any Checks from time to time, we may restrict You from withdrawing funds from Your Account and/or prevent access to all or certain parts of the Website. Please note that we may from time to time re-perform the Checks for regulatory, security or other business reasons. If any such restrictions cause You a problem, please contact us – [email protected].

7.5 In certain circumstances we may have to contact You and ask You to provide further information to us directly in order to complete the Checks. For this purpose, we will be entitled, at our sole discretion, to require that You provide us with a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID documents according to the applicable law of Your jurisdiction, except for ID documents, we may request You to provide us including but not limited to with: proof of address, bank details, bank statements, bank references and any other documentation that validates Your source of funds. Until such information has been supplied to our satisfaction we may block any activity to be undertaken by You in relation to the Account, close the Account, or we may, where we reasonably believe that deliberately incorrect information has been provided by You, keep any amount deposited on the Account following the closure of the Account by us.

7.6 It may be an offense for persons under the Relevant Age to make use of the Website. If we are unable to confirm that You are the Relevant Age then we may suspend Your Account until such time that we are able to confirm that You are the Relevant Age.

8. KNOW YOUR CLIENT POLICY

8.1 Why do I need to verify my account?

When You sign up for a new account we verify that You are who You say You are, check that You are over 18 and have reached the age at which You are allowed to arrange payment in the jurisdiction in which You are located, and we also check Your location (a process called Know Your Customer “KYC”). It’s part of LisSkins responsibly, and something that the law requires us to do.

8.2 What do I need to provide?
- To verify Your age and identity (as a part of KYC process) we will accept one of the following documents:
- Passport (recommended);
- Driving license;
- National ID Card;
- Residence permit.
- In rare cases, a request for confirming Your identity with a photo of Your ID and a selfie may be required.
- To verify Your address (as a part of KYC process) we may need additional documents which could also include:
- Utility Bill (less than 3 months old);
- Bank Statement (less than 3 months old);
- Other documents that may be required in accordance with law.
- To verify the payment method used to make a deposit to LisSkins we can ask You to provide us with:
- Proof of payment (current deposit) can be a receipt (either a scan, a photo or a PDF) or a screenshot from Your online bank.
- Bank/Card/Wallet statement showing the transaction to LisSkins.
- Photo of Your credit/debit card showing Your name and first 6 and last 4 digits of Your card number. Please take note, that we do not request CVV/CVC or other details of Your card (full card number, expiration date). Do not share this information with anyone.
- In some cases, source of wealth (SOW) verification could be requested. Our compliance team will contact You with request to fill up relevant form and provide us with necessary information, confirming the source of Your wealth/funds.

Make sure Your documents are in acceptable condition.

8.3 How can I send my documents?
The quickest and easiest way to verify Your account is online. You need to upload the requested documents into the “Verification” window in Your “Profile” or send them to [email protected].
To make Verification process as easy as possible, here are a few hints for when You upload Your documents:
- Each document must be sent as a separate image
- Photo Captured images are preferred, send them as a .jpeg
- When You take Your picture:
- Your picture must be in focus and all the text easy to read
- Your full passport photo page or ID must be in shot, don’t leave any bits out or cover with Your hand or fingers
- Your lighting must be good, to stop any glare don’t use flash


9. LIMITATIONS

9.1 The commission amount depends on the selected payment system. The commission and the final amount are visible when making a payment, there are no hidden commissions on the service.

9.2 The minimum amount for withdrawing CS2/CS:GO" is 3.5 USD in the equivalent of the currency you selected. Pay attention to the cost of Your item before proceeding a transaction.

9.3 Maximum withdrawal amount processed to any given User is 5 000 EUR (or currency equivalent) per week and 15 000 EUR (or currency equivalent) per month since the last withdrawal, unless otherwise stated.

9.4 Commission for the deposit and withdrawal depends on the User’s payment system and is paid by the User.

9.5 To the extent required by Your local law or tax or other authorities You are responsible for reporting Your income arising from the Services.


10. REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION

10.1 All trades and transactions conducted on the LisSkins Platform are final and not subject to a return, refund, and/or cancellation.

10.2 No refunds could be proceeded in case Your account is freezed or terminated and You violate these Terms of Use or any other LisSkins policies.

10.3 Any fees and transaction commissions paid by the Users are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the commission being non-refundable and non-returnable, a User is not entitled to claim any compensation from LisSkins.

10.4 LisSkins starts processing Your purchase once Your payment is approved. Usually, it takes seconds to confirm Your payment, but it may take longer depending on Your payment method. Any delay in payment processing by a payment service provider does not constitute a non-delivery and does not give a right to refund. If You purchase an in-game item that is on hold period, You will receive a virtual copy of this in-game item which could be used for trading during the hold period. You will be able to receive purchased in-game item into Your inventory only after the expiration of the hold period. This case is not considered non-delivery. The measures may still be in force as long as reasonably necessary for the investigation of the particular case. If You have not received the ordered Skin/ Service or received it but not in full, please contact LisSkins Support. Once we confirm the non-delivery, we will proceed with the refund.

11. EXTERNAL SERVICES

11.1 When You use external services provided by third-party operators (hereinafter referred to as the “services provider") to make a purchase on our Website, the services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between service provider and customers who utilize services are governed by separate agreements which can be found on the third-party operator’s website and are not subject to the Terms of Use on this Website. Where possible, we will work with You and/or any user selling on our Website, to resolve any disputes arising from Your purchase.

11.2 Through LisSkins, the Users may have access to external resources provided by third parties. The Users acknowledge and accept that the Company has no control over such resources and is therefore not responsible for their content and availability.

11.3 Conditions applicable to any resources provided by third parties, including those applicable to any possible grant of rights in content, result from each such third parties’ terms and conditions or, in the absence of those, applicable statutory law.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

12.1 All website design, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, the selection and arrangement thereof, software compilations, underlying source code, software and all other material forming part of the Services are subject to copyright and other proprietary rights which are either owned by us or used under license from third party rights owners. To the extent that any material comprised within the Services may be downloaded or printed then such material may be downloaded to a single device only (and hard copies may be printed) solely for Your own personal, non-commercial use.

12.2 Under no circumstances shall the use of the Services grant to You any interest in any intellectual property rights (for example copyright, know-how or trade marks) owned by us or by any third party whatsoever, other than a personal, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable license to use such intellectual property rights in connection with Your personal, non-commercial use of the Services pursuant to the Terms of Use.

12.3 No rights whatsoever are granted to use or reproduce any trade marks or logos which appear on the Website except as specifically permitted in accordance with the Terms of Use.

12.4 You must not, nor must You allow any other person to copy, store, publish, rent, license, sell, distribute, alter, add to, delete, remove or tamper with the Website or any part of it in any way or directly or indirectly disrupt or interfere (or attempt to disrupt or interfere) with or alter the Website, other than in the course of viewing or using the Website in accordance with the Terms of Use.

12.5 All intellectual property rights in the name of the Company, the logos, designs, trade marks and other distinctive brand features of the Company and any content provided by the Company or any third party for inclusion on the Website vest in the Company or the applicable third party. You agree not to display or use such logos, designs, trademarks and other distinctive brand features in any manner without our prior written consent.

13. PRIVACY AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

13.1 We care about Your privacy. How Your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you’re using the Service is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read them carefully.

13.2 By accessing the Platform to use the Service, You confirm that You have read and understood the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13.3 All information on Your Account held by us is securely data warehoused and remains confidential except where otherwise stated in the Terms of Use (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Privacy Policy).

13.4 We are required by law to comply with data protection requirements in the way in which we use any personal information collected from You in Your use of the Services. We therefore take very seriously our obligations in relation to the way in which we use Your personal information.

13.5 Prior to Your use of and when You use the Services it will be necessary for us to collect certain information about You, including Your Contact Details, and may also include information about Your marketing preferences (all of which shall be known as “Your Personal Information“).

13.6 By providing us with Your Personal Information, You consent to our processing Your Personal Information, including any of the same which is particularly sensitive:

13.6.1 for the purposes set out in the Terms of Use (including the Privacy Policy); and

13.6.2 for other purposes where we (including Payment Processor) need to process Your Personal Information for the purposes of operating the Services, including by sharing it with our service providers, payment providers, and/or any other providers who ensure the Service provision by us and employees and agents for these purposes, for example to our providers of postal services, marketing services and Customer Services agents. We may also disclose Your Personal Information in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

13.7 We may retain copies of any communications that You send to us (including copies of any emails) in order to maintain accurate records of the information that we have received from You.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS, AS WELL AS LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, PAYMENT PROVIDERS etc., BE LIABLE TO ANY USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY USE, INTERRUPTION, DELAY, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES; LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS; DELAYS, INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF SERVICES, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL; LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; LOSS RESULTING FROM SYSTEM OR SYSTEM SERVICE FAILURE, MALFUNCTION, SHUTDOWN OR HACKER ATTACKS; LOSS CAUSED BY ANY UNLAWFUL THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS THAT CAN AFFECT THE COMPANY’S NETWORK, NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE, SYSTEM(S), CONFIDENTIAL DATA, PERSONAL DATA AND/OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION. FAILURE TO ACCURATELY TRANSFER, READ, OR TRANSMIT INFORMATION; SYSTEM INCOMPATIBILITY OR PROVISION OF INCORRECT COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION; OR BREACHES IN SYSTEM SECURITY; OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.

15. LAW AND JURISDICTION

15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of Singapore.

15.2 You acknowledge that, unless stated otherwise, the Service is organized in Singapore and takes place within the aforementioned territory. Any contractual relationships between You and the Company. shall be deemed to have been entered into and performed in Singapore, at the registered address of the Company.

15.3 The Parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Singapore.

15.4 Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under law of Singapore. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, or unenforceability, without invalidating the remainder of this Agreement.


16. LANGUAGE

16.1 This Agreement is originally drafted in English language and any interpretation of it should refer only to the English version. In cases where the Terms of Use or any related documents or notice are translated by You into other languages, the English version shall prevail.
