On Steam, you receive internal wallet funds that can’t be withdrawn or used outside the platform. On LIS-SKINS, you receive real money — to your card, wallet, or in crypto. That’s why the price is slightly lower — you're paying for cash liquidity. This is how the skin trading market works outside Steam. Also, don't forget: you can buy skins on our marketplace cheaper than in Steam, and later resell them — which makes our commission almost negligible.
No. All actions (selling, buying, withdrawing) must happen strictly within a single account. It is prohibited to use someone else's trade links, transfer purchased skins to another account, or move balance between accounts.
Since there is a contractual relationship (public offer) and financial transactions between LisSkins and you for the purchase and sale of in-game items, we collect, process, and store your personal data.

2) Can I request complete deletion of my personal data?
Yes, but only if you have not made any sales or purchases on the website.
If a purchase and/or sale has been made on the website, personal data cannot be deleted immediately, as by law a legal entity is obliged to retain the information for:
- Fulfilling the contract and related obligations;
- Maintaining financial records (from 3 to 5 years);
- Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering requirements (AML/KYC).

Log in via Steam and paste your Trade URL — we’ll load your inventory and show the price we offer for each item. Select the skins, choose a withdrawal method, enter your payment details, and click "Get Money". The payout will be issued in 8 days if the skin associated with the trade is not returned to your account during this period, following the updated Steam Trade Protection rules. Otherwise, the transaction will be automatically canceled and the payout will not be processed.
The minimum amount is just $1 — for all games. This allows you to cash out even one cheap item.
You can see every step in your account: order number, time, item details, and status ("Pending", "Processing", or "Paid").
We don’t buy all skins. Some items have low demand or we already have a surplus in stock. We aim to buy as many items as possible, but we do filter by liquidity and turnover.
No. Once you confirm the trade in Steam, the skin is transferred to another account, and the transaction can no longer be canceled through our platform. If you choose to cancel the trade in Steam, according to the updated Steam Trade Protection rules, all trades containing Trade Protected items will be reversed. All items involved in these trades will be returned to their previous owners, and your account will receive a 30-day restriction from trading and using the Steam Community Market in order to prevent future security-related incidents. Please double-check everything before confirming the trade.
At the moment, we do not pay extra for unique skin features such as float, stickers, or pattern. However, we plan to include this in future updates.

After the purchase, the trade may be delivered in different ways:
• Instant Delivery — the trade is created almost immediately after purchase, and you have 10 minutes to accept it.
• Delivery up to 12 hours — the trade may be created within 12 hours after purchase. If the trade is not created within 30 minutes, you can cancel the purchase in your Inventory or Transactions.
• Items with a trade lock — you will receive a notification when they become available. After that, you will be able to withdraw the item manually from your Account.
If you purchase an item with a trade lock, you’ll receive a notification once it becomes available for withdrawal. After the lock is lifted, you’ll have 36 hours to create a trade from your account by clicking the “Withdraw Skin” button. Once the trade is created, you’ll have 5 hours to accept it in Steam. If the trade is not created or accepted on time, the transaction will be canceled and the funds will be returned to your balance minus a 2% fee.
The delivery type determines how quickly you will receive the purchased skin after payment. On LIS-SKINS, there are two delivery types:
1. Instant Delivery
• The trade is created almost immediately after purchase, and you have 10 minutes to accept it.
2. Delivery up to 12 hours
• The trade may be created within 12 hours after purchase.
• If the trade is not created within 30 minutes from the time of purchase, you can cancel the order in your Inventory or Transactions.
• If the trade is not created within 12 hours, the purchase will be canceled automatically and the funds will be fully returned to your balance.
If a trade with an Instant Payout is canceled during the Steam Trade Protection period, access to the Instant Payout feature will be temporarily suspended until the funds are returned.
If you perform a Trade Reverse for a sale that was under Steam Trade Protection with an 8-day payout hold, the trade will be automatically canceled, and no payout will be issued.
If you perform a Trade Reverse on a purchase that was under Steam Trade Protection, no monetary or equivalent refund will be provided. LIS-SKINS is not responsible for any losses or lost profits resulting from the User’s voluntary cancellation of a trade.
When purchasing items from our own accounts, such situations are impossible. However, if you buy a skin from one of our partner marketplaces and the seller cancels the trade, you will receive a full refund of your purchase amount back to your balance.

All CS skins are subject to 8-day Steam Trade Protection. Normally, this means that funds from sales can only be withdrawn after 8 days.
However, under certain conditions, you can receive a payout or credit to your balance immediately — without waiting for the protection period to end.
Instant Payout Conditions:
— KYC verification completed (available from age 16)
— The total volume of skins sold on the site before instant payout becomes available is at least $50. This means you must have already sold skins worth $50 or more before the service becomes accessible.
— The deal amount (the total value of all skins you are selling) does not exceed your available instant payout limit (see below). The instant payout equals 10% of the total amount of all your sales on LIS-SKINS.
— The maximum instant payout amount is $250.
How it works:
1. Select the CS2 skins you want to sell.
2. Choose the payout method:
— Credit to LIS-SKINS balance: If instant payout conditions are met, the funds are credited immediately after trade confirmation and become available for purchasing CS2 skins on the site. Choosing credit to balance does not consume or affect your instant payout limit.
— Payout to card or crypto wallet: Available if the deal amount is within your instant payout limit; funds are usually credited within a few minutes after trade confirmation.
3. The block above the button always displays information about what will happen to your funds after the deal:
— if instant payout is available, you will see a notification that funds will be credited to your balance or the selected method immediately after the items are transferred;
— if instant payout is unavailable, it will state that funds will only be credited after 8 days (once Steam Trade Protection ends).
4. If the deal amount exceeds your available instant payout limit, instant payout to card/crypto will not be available. You can choose one of the available options:
- credit to your balance (immediately after the trade);
- payout to your payment method after the 8-day Steam Trade Protection period ends.

With active use of the service and increased trust in your account, your limits may be raised, and additional privileges may become available.
You can receive an instant payout of up to 10% of your total sales on LIS-SKINS (excluding fees), but no more than $250.
⚠ Important:
– Even if 10% of your sales exceed $250, the maximum limit is still $250
– If the trade amount exceeds your limit, it will not be paid instantly, even partially — the full amount will be paid only after the Steam Trade Protection period ends
– Instant payout availability and limit are checked at the moment the deal is created — an already created trade cannot be changed
– Your instant payout limit is updated after the 8-day hold ends on your previous trades

- Payout will arrive after 8 days since the trade amount exceeds the limit.
