The ★ Bayonet | Lore in Field-Tested (FT) has a golden blade with a knotwork ornament on its upper part. Covert rank, with the ★ mark. The finish's float scale stretches from 0.00 to 0.65 across five wears, and Field-Tested takes 35% of its length. In CS2 this bayonet drops from the Gamma Case and the Gamma 2 Case.
What the ★ Bayonet | Lore looks like in Field-Tested
The blade is covered in yellow-orange lacquer that lightens toward the edge. Along the upper side near the point winds a fine ornament of interwoven threads, which Valve describes as knotwork. The handle is an even green and the guard a light gray.
On gold lacquer, scratches show first at the point and the edge, a normal sight for Field-Tested. The condition of a bayonet is determined at the drop and never moves afterward.
What to check before buying
Several things set Bayonet | Lore lots apart:
- Float: across 0.15 to 0.38, lots under one wear label look different.
- Applied name: the bayonet accepts a name tag, and has no stickers.
- Design: copies differ only in wear, because they share one pattern.
What the ★ Bayonet | Lore costs in Field-Tested
Factory New (FN) costs twice as much, Minimal Wear (MW) about 30% more, and Well-Worn (WW) about 15% more. Battle-Scarred (BS) is about 12% cheaper.
Among Covert bayonets the finish is fourth in price from the top. Slaughter, Autotronic and Case Hardened cost more, while Blue Steel and Crimson Web are already cheaper. The lower edge of the row is held by Boreal Forest, Scorched and Forest DDPAT.
Getting the ★ Bayonet | Lore
The Lore bayonet falls out of the Gamma Case and the Gamma 2 Case, and the wear comes at random. There is also a contract: five Covert skins from one collection become one rare special item, in which neither the model nor the finish is chosen.
Is there a StatTrak version
A StatTrak version of the Bayonet | Lore exists in the game.
Who this wear suits
Buying the Bayonet | Lore in Field-Tested is reasonable in these cases:
- You want a golden blade with an ornament at a price below Minimal Wear and Factory New.
- For a CS2 loadout you need a bayonet with a green handle that goes with the yellow lacquer.
- You pick the float by hand: the closer a lot is to 0.15, the fewer marks on the edge.
