★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet (Field-Tested)

The ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet in Field-Tested (FT) is a CS2 falchion with a dark blade and a purple plate on the handle. Covert rank, with the ★ mark. The Spectrum Case and the Spectrum 2 Case are its sources. There are five wears, and the finish's float runs from 0.06 to 0.80. This wear of the ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet is allotted the float 0.15 to 0.38.

What the ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet looks like in Field-Tested

The curved blade is graphite gray and has no pattern. The plate at the base of the blade is bright purple, the handle is dark gray, and near the tail of the handle lies one more purple insert. By Valve's description, the parts of the knife are painted in solid black and purple.

In Field-Tested, light scratches land on the tip of the blade and along its spine, and they stand out against the dark paint. The wear is fixed at drop, so on a falchion it never changes.

Where the ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet came from

The finish sits in two cases. The Spectrum Case came out on March 15, 2017, with the update called Take a trip to the Canals, and the Spectrum 2 Case became the second.

What to check before buying

Before paying for the ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet, it helps to check:

• float: the 0.15 to 0.38 band is wide on the ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet, and listings from the two edges of the stretch can be told apart by eye;

• the name on the falchion: a name tag is allowed and does not disappear after purchase;

• the scratches on the tip of the blade, on the listing image.

Hunting for the ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet by pattern index is pointless, because the pattern does not change.

What the ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet costs in Field-Tested

This is how the wears compare:

• Factory New costs noticeably more and takes only the 0.06 to 0.07 band;

• Minimal Wear costs 1.7 times as much;

• Well-Worn costs a sixth more;

• Battle-Scarred costs a few percent less.

Among the Covert falchions this finish sits in the middle of the row: seven finishes cost less, ten cost more. Stained, Freehand and Urban Masked are two to nine percent higher, while Bright Water and Night are eight percent lower. At the top stand Blue Steel, Case Hardened and Slaughter.

Getting the ★ Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet

The Falchion Knife | Ultraviolet drops from the Spectrum Case and the Spectrum 2 Case, and the wear is random. The second road is a contract: five Covert skins from one collection turn into a rare special item, but chance decides which one. If one wear matters to you, look for it among the ready listings.
