★ Flip Knife | Bright Water (Field-Tested)

The ★ Flip Knife | Bright Water in Field-Tested (FT) is a knife with blue camouflage on the blade and a blue handle. It has the Covert rank, with the ★ mark, and in CS2 drops from the Gamma Case and the Gamma 2 Case. The float scale runs from 0.00 to 0.50, there are five wears, and Field-Tested takes up 46% of that length.

What the ★ Flip Knife | Bright Water looks like in Field-Tested

Patches in three shades are scattered across the blade: dark blue, cornflower blue and gray-blue. The camouflage covers the whole blade. The handle is a single blue, with slanted ribs for grip. Valve writes that the pattern is applied by blue camouflage hydrographic printing.

On blue camouflage, scuffs show first along the cutting edge. How many there are depends on the float, which is set at the drop and stays the same afterward.

What to check before buying

Choosing a particular ★ Flip Knife | Bright Water comes down to these points:

• float: across 0.15 to 0.38 the scuffs build up from listing to listing;

• the applied name: a Flip Knife takes a name tag, and it has no stickers;

• the pattern: the pattern index changes nothing on this finish, and the copies are identical.

What the ★ Flip Knife | Bright Water costs in Field-Tested

This is the cheapest wear of the finish, and the difference among all five wears is small. Factory New (FN) costs 13% more, Battle-Scarred (BS) 9%, Well-Worn (WW) 5% and Minimal Wear (MW) 4% more.

Among the Covert Flip Knives the finish sits in the lower third of the row. Damascus Steel, Night, Ultraviolet, Stained and Freehand cost about 4% more. Cheaper than all of them are Boreal Forest, Safari Mesh and Forest DDPAT, and costing more than all are Autotronic, Crimson Web and Slaughter.

Getting the ★ Flip Knife | Bright Water

The Flip Knife in Bright Water drops from the Gamma Case and the Gamma 2 Case, and the wear comes by chance. A contract is a separate route: five Covert skins from one collection combine into a rare special item, and neither the model nor the finish is assigned.

Is there a StatTrak version

The Flip Knife | Bright Water has a StatTrak™ version in the game.
