★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2 (Factory New)

The ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2 in Factory New (FN) is a CS2 skeleton knife with a pink-violet blade and a black wrapped handle. Covert rank, with the ★ mark. The knife drops from the Fever Case. The float scale ends at 0.08: Factory New covers 0.00 to 0.07, and Minimal Wear (MW) remains as the second and last wear.

What the ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2 looks like in Factory New

The blade is narrow and double-edged, with a row of small holes along the flat and a large finger ring at the handle. The color is pink and crimson, and in the middle of the blade lilac and dark marbled swirls mix in. The ring and the pommel of the handle are pink too.

The handle is black and wrapped in segments. Valve writes that the tape is laid on for a better grip, and that the hole lets you thread a finger through for stability and safety. Wear marks in Factory New are minimal. Wear is set at drop.

Where the ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2 came from

Valve introduced the Skeleton Knife on November 19, 2019, with Operation Shattered Web, among four new knives. Doppler was created by Valve itself, and its number in the finish catalog is 419. The finish came to the Skeleton Knife with the Fever Case, which appeared in the update of March 31, 2025.

Phase and pattern

For Doppler the phase is part of the item name, so it is chosen, not pulled from a case. There are four regular phases, from first to fourth. Ruby, Sapphire and Black Pearl are gems, and they exist only in Doppler: Gamma Doppler has a single gem, Emerald.

Inside Phase 2 the copies are still different: the pattern index changes how the pink and the lilac lie on the blade. The listing picture shows it, and the title does not.

What to check before buying

Before buying the ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2, check the following:

• the phase in the listing title: Phases 1 to 4, Ruby, Sapphire and Black Pearl are separate items, each with its own price;

• the name tag: a Skeleton Knife can take one, while it has no stickers;

• the edition: a StatTrak knife is sold separately from the regular one.

Between 0.00 and 0.07 the look of the ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2 does not change.

What the ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2 costs in Factory New

Among the regular phases of the Skeleton Knife, Phase 2 is the most expensive. Phase 4 is 13 percent cheaper, Phase 1 a fifth, and Phase 3 27 percent.

Only the gems and Crimson Web cost more. Sapphire is 1.7 times Phase 2, Crimson Web twice, Ruby 2.8 times, and Black Pearl 3.5 times.

Of the model’s other finishes, Ultraviolet is the closest: it is 30 percent cheaper. Case Hardened is a third lower, and Fade and Night Stripe two fifths. The bottom of the row is Damascus Steel, Safari Mesh and Boreal Forest, at a third of the price.

Getting the ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2

The knife drops from the Fever Case as a rare ★ item, and both the phase and the wear come out random. A contract is the second route: five Covert skins from one collection give a rare special item, and neither the model nor the phase can be assigned. A given phase is bought as a finished listing.

Is there a StatTrak version

A StatTrak version of the ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2 exists in the game.

Who this wear suits

Buying the ★ Skeleton Knife | Doppler Phase 2 right here makes sense if:

• you want a pink-violet Skeleton Knife from Doppler without paying extra for a gem;

• you want the priciest of the four regular phases: among Doppler finishes only the gems sit above it;

• your CS2 loadout is built on pink and black, and the black handle wrap gives the blade contrast.
