With the ★ Specialist Gloves | Pillow Punchers, Factory New (FN) decides more than it usually does. The pair is white all over, so any film on it shows sooner than on dark gloves. Extraordinary rank, with the star. They come out of the weekly drop, through the Sealed Dead Hand Terminal. The scale is cut off below: nothing cleaner than 0.06 drops.
What the ★ Specialist Gloves | Pillow Punchers look like in Factory New
Two tones carry the whole finish, white and pale gray. A quilted diamond square covers the back of the hand, pillow-like, hence the name. Below it sits a gray textured pad over the knuckles, with separate gray segments on the fingers. The quilting reads as an even grid, and the pads throw off a greenish sheen. The palm is smooth white leather, a shade yellower than the back and unpatterned. TORQUE is pressed into the pad, and nothing silver appears anywhere.
The float band is 0.06 to 0.07. White leather is bought for exactly this: in Factory New it is clean throughout. In Minimal Wear (MW) the palm and the fingertips have begun to gray, and on a finish like this the film announces itself at once.
Where the ★ Specialist Gloves | Pillow Punchers came from
The pair arrived with the Dead Hand set. A Valve note of March 11, 2026 announced the collection and made a point of the twenty-two brand-new glove pairs that come with it as rare special items. The same note said where to find them: in Dead Hand terminals, which turn up as a possible weekly drop.
Phase and pattern
Gloves get no phases and no gems, and no such mark appears in a listing title. The pattern number decides how much white is left on the visible side. Copies with the lightest layout are known in the community as Max White. The difference is fine, but on a finish without a spot of color it shows.
What to check before buying
What matters when buying this pair:
- Between 0.06 and 0.07 the look of these gloves does not change;
- the palm and the fingertips in the listing screenshot, where gray film comes through first;
- the share of white on the visible side, which is to say the pattern number.
What the ★ Specialist Gloves | Pillow Punchers cost in Factory New
Among the eighteen starred Specialist Gloves finishes this one is second by price. Only Crimson Kimono costs more, with Emerald Web close underneath. Then the floor drops away: Lime Polycam, Foundation and Big Swell are about three times cheaper, and Buckshot is the cheapest in the model.
Between conditions the gaps are steeper still. Minimal Wear is nearly five times cheaper, Field-Tested and Well-Worn fifteen and eighteen times, Battle-Scarred more than twenty.
Getting the ★ Specialist Gloves | Pillow Punchers
One in-game source exists: the Sealed Dead Hand Terminal, which hands the pair over as a rare special item with a random condition and pattern number. Beside it stands the contract: knives and gloves are built from five Covert skins of one collection, and the result there is random too. In CS2 neither route picks a clean float; a finished listing does.
Who this wear suits
Buying the ★ Specialist Gloves | Pillow Punchers here are worth it for three reasons:
- a white pair works in CS2 only while white, and the lower wears turn it gray;
- the quilted square on the back reads as relief on clean leather alone;
- the model's second place comes without paying the Crimson Kimono premium.
