★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife

The ★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife is the Nomad Knife with a kill counter in CS2, and with no skin; the listing description says it is unpainted. Covert rank, with the ★ mark. Wear, float and pattern are absent, so the counter is the only thing separating one listing from another.

What the ★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife looks like

The Nomad's blade is wide, with a gently lowered point and a straight edge, and grinding is visible along the slope of the blade. The steel is bare, light at the edge and gray toward the spine.

The handle is built from a light steel scale with a row of round holes and an axis screw. Closer to the butt, a black ribbed insert is set in. The counter version looks like the normal one.

How the plain ★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife differs from a skinned one

Someone buying a skinned knife chooses wear and artwork. With an unpainted Nomad Knife the choice is different:

• there is no wear tier, so the listing names no float band;

• there is no pattern, and two Nomad Knives cannot be told apart;

• a name tag is available, stickers are not;

• there is a single difference, the counter reading.

What remains is deciding whether you need a counter.

What the ★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife costs

By starting price the ★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife sits above ten skins of the model and below fourteen. The nearest ones beneath it are Nomad Knife | Damascus Steel (1.11 times cheaper), Nomad Knife | Stained (1.19 times) and Nomad Knife | Ultraviolet (1.28 times).

Directly above are Nomad Knife | Blue Steel (3 percent more), Nomad Knife | Case Hardened (6 percent) and Nomad Knife | Crimson Web (8 percent). At the top are the Doppler gems: Sapphire costs 5.5 times as much, Black Pearl 9.2 times and Ruby nearly ten times.

StatTrak and the normal version

The normal Nomad Knife has its own page. The counter tallies kills made with this knife, never resets, and passes to the buyer as it stands. The premium over the normal version is small, about 7 percent.

Getting the ★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife

The ★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife drops from the Shattered Web, Fracture and Fever cases. The Shattered Web Case came out on November 19, 2019, together with its operation, and the Fever Case on March 31, 2025. The knife sits in the rare special item pool, so it drops at random.

A trade-up contract of five Covert StatTrak skins from one collection is the other route. It guarantees neither the model nor the skin on the way out.

Who it suits

Buying the ★ StatTrak™ Nomad Knife on LIS-SKINS makes sense when:

• you want a wide blade and a kill counter without artwork;

• the premium for the counter should stay small;

• you do not want to pay ten times more for a Doppler Ruby.
