★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers

The ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers are a pair of push daggers with a kill counter in CS2 and no skin. There is no paint on them, and the lot reads "Not Painted". Covert rank, with the ★ mark. They have no wear, float or pattern, and lots differ by the counter reading.

What the ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers look like

Each blade is double-edged and leaf-shaped, with the point in the center. The steel is dark, the color of graphite, with a light sharpened edge. A ridge runs along the flat, and the highlight lies across it as a gray stripe.

The handle is transverse and T-shaped: a crossbar with triangular windows for the fingers, and a small emblem plate in the center of the guard. There is no pattern on the metal. The counter version looks like the plain one.

How the plain ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers differs from a skinned one

On knives, a skin sets the pattern and the wear. Without one, the lot is simpler:

• there is no wear, and no float band is named;

• there is no pattern, so two sets cannot be told apart;

• a name tag can be applied, but knives have no stickers;

• the one difference is the number on the counter.

What remains is the question of whether you want the counter.

What the ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers cost

Among the model's skins, the ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers by starting price stand very high: above twenty-nine entries and below five. Right beneath them come Doppler Phase 4 (1 percent cheaper), Phase 1 (2 percent) and Fade (1.06 times).

Only five entries sit higher. These are Doppler Phase 2 (1.4 times as much), Gamma Doppler Emerald and Doppler Sapphire (both 1.6 times), Ruby (2.6 times) and Black Pearl (4.2 times).

StatTrak and the normal version

The plain Shadow Daggers are a separate listing. The counter tallies kills made with these knives, never resets and passes to the buyer as it stands. On this model the counter version costs 2.2 times the plain one.

Getting the ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers

The ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers drop from a single case, the Shadow Case. They sit in the rare special item pool beside the model's skins, and the opening is random.

There is also the contract: five Covert StatTrak skins from one collection turn into one rare special item. It does not assign a model, so the Shadow Daggers do not always come out of it.

Who it suits

Buying the ★ StatTrak™ Shadow Daggers on LIS-SKINS makes sense when:

• you want a double set of daggers with a T-shaped grip and a kill counter;

• a pattern on the metal is not needed;

• the top of the line, Doppler Black Pearl at four times the price, is not something you need.
