The Minimal Wear (MW) AK-47 | Aphrodite is a Covert rifle with pearlescent wood, for the Terrorist side. This wear runs from 0.07 to 0.15 on the float scale, which is 8% of the full range from 0.00 to 1.00. By price it ranks second of the five wears, behind Factory New.

What the AK-47 | Aphrodite looks like in Minimal Wear

The rifle splits into a light half and a dark half. The wood of the handguard and stock is nearly white and creamy, with a pink pearl shimmer and a relief cut into it. The metal of the receiver and top cover is olive-gold with a touch of patina. The magazine is cream with a copper base, and the diamond checkering on the grip is red-brown.

With light wear the shimmer on the wood stays readable, and scuffs gather on the edges and seams. The float is set when the rifle drops and never changes. Across the short stretch from 0.07 to 0.15 copies differ little in wear, but every copy has its own pattern.

Where the AK-47 | Aphrodite came from

The skin is Valve's own work, and no Workshop submission stands behind it. It was added on January 21, 2026, in a single line of the update: "Added a new Limited Edition Item: the AK47 | Aphrodite". Valve's catalog lists it as number 1397, and the description promises metallic paint on the receiver and barrel and a pearlescent finish on the handguard and stock.

What to check before buying

Judging a copy comes down to three points:

• pattern: Valve says the skin varies in both wear and pattern, meaning the pearl and patina settle differently on each copy;


• float: within 0.07 to 0.15 it counts for less than the pattern;


• name tag and stickers: they pass to the new owner along with the rifle.

What the AK-47 | Aphrodite costs in Minimal Wear

Factory New is about ten times the price. Field-Tested is cheaper by about 1.7 times, and Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred by about 2.3 times.

Of twenty-four Covert AK-47s, the Aphrodite in Minimal Wear carries the lowest price; each of the others is higher. AK-47 | Legion of Anubis costs 1.4 times as much, AK-47 | Head Shot almost double. AK-47 | Inheritance and AK-47 | Asiimov cost more than twice as much, AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge 2.4 times. The top of the row belongs to AK-47 | Fire Serpent, AK-47 | Gold Arabesque and AK-47 | Wild Lotus.

Getting the AK-47 | Aphrodite

Cases never drop the AK-47 | Aphrodite. Valve released it in the Armory as a limited-edition item, so there is no regular set it could fall from.

StatTrak and Souvenir

No StatTrak version of the AK-47 | Aphrodite has been released, and there are no souvenir packages either. A souvenir copy can be put together by hand through the Souvenir-O-Matic, which applies golden tournament stickers to a regular skin.

Stickers and craft on the AK-47 | Aphrodite

Both dark and bright stickers show on the light wood, but bright ones pull attention away from the shimmer. White, silver and graphite ones keep the rifle itself in focus. The golden metal of the receiver sits well with warm tones: bronze, copper, gold. That palette also suits a craft in CS2.

Who this wear suits

Minimal Wear is a sensible way to buy the AK-47 | Aphrodite when:

• you want an AK-47 for CS2 with light wear on the edges and Factory New is not required;


• price matters: Minimal Wear costs about ten times less than Factory New;


• the pattern of one particular copy matters more than a few hundredths of float.

If you need a lower price, Field-Tested is 1.7 times cheaper.
