The float band in this grade is the standard 0.15 to 0.38. The rank is Industrial Grade, the collection The Sport & Field Collection, and no CS2 case holds this rifle.

What the AK-47 | Olive Polycam looks like in Field-Tested

A print camo in green and gray, laid down as a halftone screen; there are no large blotches, and the dots show up close. The grid covers the receiver, handguard and magazine, while the stock runs darker than the rest of the body. Fine artwork like this hides wear well. Scuffing appears on the edges and the exposed metal, but against the dot grid it barely stands out, so the rifle keeps a tidy look longer. Toward the top of the range the olive fades grayish and the camo loses contrast. At the bottom it looks practically clean.

What to check before buying

On the AK-47 | Olive Polycam the points worth checking are these:

• the float, the only thing that changes the look, which makes it the filter to sort by;


• a name tag and stickers from the previous owner, since the rifle costs cents and what hangs on it is often worth more;


• that an ordinary listing has not been confused with a Souvenir one, priced on a different level.

The grade name says little here. Behind it lies a 0.15 to 0.38 band that looks different at either end.

The starting price stands above, in the list of offers. Every grade costs next to nothing, but the order between them is telling:

• Factory New is asked twice as much, the one grade with a noticeable premium;


• Minimal Wear is dearer by very little;


• Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred carry exactly the same tag as Field-Tested.

There is nothing to save on: the distance between grades is measured in cents. Choose by how the rifle looks, not by price.

Getting the AK-47 | Olive Polycam

No case holds it. The skin belongs to The Sport & Field Collection, and copies enter the game through playtime drops and Souvenir packages. The collection itself appeared on October 2, 2024.

A contract will not build it either. A trade-up returns a rank above whatever goes in, and Industrial Grade is the bottom rank in this collection, so there is nothing to put under it.

As an input, though, the rifle is used widely. Ten of these return one Mil-Spec skin: Nova | Yorkshire, P250 | Small Game, SSG 08 | Zeno or USP-S | Alpine Camo. Contracts take the cheapest copies, which means the worn ones.

StatTrak and Souvenir

Stickers and craft on the AK-47 | Olive Polycam

No StatTrak version of the AK-47 | Olive Polycam was ever released. Souvenir copies do turn up, but no Souvenir packages were made for this finish: packages only ever covered tournament map collections. Those copies are built with the Souvenir-O-Matic, which puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on a normal skin from the inventory.

Quiet camo makes a convenient base: it argues with nothing and serves as background for any sticker. Bright ones read best, reds, yellows and holos above all. Greens and grays sink into the grid. The price lets you try builds on it without counting the loss.

Who this wear suits

This rifle in Field-Tested is genuinely worth buying if:

• a calm military AK is wanted for a loadout without extra spending;


• the loadout is being assembled in a green and gray range;


• a cheap sticker base for CS2 is needed.

For nearly the same money Factory New looks cleaner. The difference is small enough that both versions are worth opening side by side and choosing by float.
