The finish rests on a combination of black and gold with red. The stock is black with light stars. The receiver is covered in a gold ornament, and the handguard carries rows of shields. The front of the handguard and the magazine are red, and the magazine has a checkerboard pattern.

The band is tight, and the outermost listings differ only in the number. On a skin whose scale runs the full 0.00 to 1.00, that is just 0.07 of the scale.

The designer of the finish is Zaphk. The Steam Workshop submission was titled "AK 47 | The Empress" and was filed on April 25, 2017. The series description calls Tarot Collection - Series 1 the first deal of tarot cards in weapons: every weapon is a Major Arcana with its own illustration. The first series has six cards, and the Empress went to the AK-47.

This skin appeared on September 14, 2017, when the Spectrum 2 Collection was added to the game. Its number in Valve's catalog is 675.
