The AK-47 | X-Ray in Minimal Wear (MW) is a Covert rifle from The Havoc Collection, with no case behind it and no StatTrak version. It can be bought in any of five wears, from Factory New to Battle-Scarred, and Minimal Wear is the second cleanest of them.

Valve describes the finish as a custom paint job showing the AK-47's insides, the way an X-ray image would. This wear of the AK-47 | X-Ray is assigned the float 0.07 to 0.15.

The float is determined at the moment of the drop, and a copy keeps it unchanged. The Minimal Wear band covers 8% of the skin's scale, and the AK-47 | X-Ray is a fixed pattern, so its price does not depend on the pattern. A finish of the same name with the X-ray treatment exists on a P250, but it belongs to a different collection.

Who this wear suits

No StatTrak™ version of the AK-47 | X-Ray was ever released. There were no Souvenir packages for this finish either: they were made only for the map collections of tournaments. But you can build a Souvenir copy yourself. The Souvenir-O-Matic puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin from your inventory. That is why single Souvenir copies occasionally turn up even where packages never existed.
