The AUG | Chameleon is part of the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case and of The Phoenix Collection.

Ten skins from the tier below can be traded up for it: AK-47 | Redline, Nova | Antique and P90 | Trigon. If the ten come from this collection, which holds two Covert skins, the other being AWP | Asiimov, the odds are one in two.

Covert rank also leads into a knife craft: five Covert skins of one type turn into a rare special item. For Phoenix that means the Bayonet, Flip Knife, Gut Knife, Karambit and M9 Bayonet.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The AUG | Chameleon has a StatTrak version. No Souvenir packages were ever issued with this skin, but a regular copy can be turned into a Souvenir through the Souvenir-O-Matic.

Stickers and craft on the AUG | Chameleon

Valve names no colors for the finish, so it is better to pick stickers from the picture of a specific listing. That picture shows which part of the body a sticker would cover and what stays open.

A Field-Tested AUG | Chameleon is worth buying for these reasons:
