What the AUG | Commando Company looks like in Factory New

The body and the front grip are covered in Flecktarn: blotches of leaf green, yellow-green and dark green, with rust-brown flecks between them. The barrel, the top rail with the optic and the muzzle brake stayed black, and the magazine is brown and ribbed.

In Factory New the paint is intact, and the camo blotches hold their full tone. This wear of the AUG | Commando Company is assigned a float of 0.00 to 0.07. Wear was settled at the moment of the drop and stays with the item for good.

Where the AUG | Commando Company came from

Valve is the author of the finish, with no Steam Workshop submission behind it, and Valve's catalog records it as number 1308. The AUG | Commando Company appeared on March 31, 2025, when The Boreal Collection was added to the game. That update put three new collections on the weekly reward list, Ascent, Boreal and Radiant, and together they brought more than seventy finishes.

A contract cannot produce it: Consumer Grade is the bottom rank in a collection, so there are no skins a rank below it. It can still be traded away, though, as an input to a contract of ten Consumer Grade skins from one collection.

StatTrak and Souvenir

A StatTrak version of the AUG | Commando Company was never released. Souvenir copies exist, but there were no souvenir packages for this finish: those were made only for tournament map collections. Such copies are built through the Souvenir-O-Matic, which puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin from the inventory.

The background is mottled, so small stickers read worse on it than dense ones. White and yellow stand out on the green-brown camo, while green and brown merge with it. In FN the stickers land on undamaged paint, with no light scuffs next to them.
