This is the AWP | Exoskeleton in Battle-Scarred (BS), with a float from 0.45 to 1.00: 55 percent of the skin's scale. It is a Restricted skin that comes from the Operation Broken Fang Case. Of all the wears of this finish, Battle-Scarred is the most affordable.
What the AWP | Exoskeleton looks like in Battle-Scarred
The rifle is dark gray graphite with a cool bluish cast. The design is built from rigid plates covering the receiver, handguard and stock, with a ribbed sleeve down the barrel. Dark seams separate the plates, and the plates themselves carry small holes. Valve describes the metal as embossed with a pattern of interlocked skulls. The scope and bipod are black, and the magazine and grip have no pattern.
Scuffs show only faintly on the dark base: the raised plate ribs and the edge of the stock lighten first. Near the top of the band the wear is heavier, but it was set when the skin dropped and does not grow afterward.
Where the AWP | Exoskeleton came from
Rozzy drew the finish. It carries number 975 in Valve's catalog and entered the game on December 3, 2020, alongside the Operation Broken Fang Collection.
What to check before buying
These are the things that set one AWP | Exoskeleton listing apart from another:
- float: the wear range runs from 0.45 to 1.00, and the relief looks different near the top of it;
- any stickers or name tag a previous owner put on the rifle.
With a single fixed design, pattern never enters the decision.
What the AWP | Exoskeleton costs in Battle-Scarred
How the wears line up against Battle-Scarred:
- Factory New costs 7.15 times as much;
- Minimal Wear costs 2.85 times as much;
- Field-Tested costs 1.23 times as much;
- Well-Worn is within three percent of it.
Among Restricted AWPs in this wear, the Exoskeleton is second from the top of seven, with only AWP | Pink DDPAT above it. AWP | Atheris is roughly an eighth cheaper, AWP | Black Box about a quarter, and AWP | Pit Viper nearly four and a half times.
Getting the AWP | Exoskeleton
You can open it from the Operation Broken Fang Case. A contract of ten skins one rank down is the other way in. If the ten come from this collection, the result comes from it too, and with five Restricted skins there the chance at this rifle is one in five.
StatTrak and Souvenir
The AWP | Exoskeleton has a version with StatTrak. There are no Souvenir packages for this finish, but a copy can be turned into a Souvenir through the Souvenir-O-Matic.
Stickers and craft on the AWP | Exoskeleton
The gray-graphite base does not argue with color, so both bright and cold stickers read on it. The relief covers nearly the whole body, and a sticker lies across the plates with a crease. The magazine and grip are the flattest.
Who this wear suits
Choose Battle-Scarred if:
- you want a quiet gray AWP for CS2 at the lowest price among the wears;
- scuffs barely read on the dark base, and that is enough for you;
- you like comparing several listings: the float band is wide.
The clean relief of Factory New costs 7.15 times as much, and in a match that difference does not show.
