AWP | Green Energy (Minimal Wear)

AWP | Green Energy in Minimal Wear (MW): an emerald-green AWP with metal flecks in the paint and light wear. In this wear the float runs between 0.07 and 0.15, which is 11% of the skin's scale, and that scale breaks off at 0.75. Classified rank; the skin belongs to The Boreal Collection, and no case contains it.

What the AWP | Green Energy looks like in Minimal Wear

The barrel, stock and grip are covered with dark green paint with glints. The receiver and scope body are the brightest parts: the green runs from turquoise to emerald there, with white splashes on top and a thin light line along the side. The bipod stays gray, and there are no inscriptions or logos on the rifle.

In this wear the AWP | Green Energy is a short stretch, 0.07 to 0.15, so there is no point chasing the number. All copies carry one pattern, and listings therefore differ only in wear.

Where the AWP | Green Energy came from

The artwork is Valve's own, with no Steam Workshop submission behind it. Its release date is March 31, 2025, the day the Boreal collection came into the game. Its number in Valve's catalog is 1280.

What to check before buying

A listing of the AWP | Green Energy is checked on these parameters:

• float inside 0.07 to 0.15, where copies differ little;

• the name tag and stickers: on an AWP | Green Energy they stay with the listing.

What the AWP | Green Energy costs in Minimal Wear

Factory New is dearer than Minimal Wear by a little over two times. Field-Tested and Well-Worn are cheaper by about half, and Battle-Scarred is cheaper by more than four and a half times.

Among Classified AWPs in this wear, the skin is fourth from the bottom of fourteen. AWP | Fever Dream is level with it, and AWP | Ice Coaled is dearer by a few percent. AWP | The End is dearer by about a fifth, AWP | Elite Build by a third, AWP | Corticera by 1.6 times.

Getting the AWP | Green Energy

The AWP | Green Energy is not found in CS2 cases. The Boreal Collection is on Valve's weekly reward list, and the skin arrives in the inventory from there.

It can also be had by contract: ten skins one rank down, all from one collection. The Boreal Collection has two such skins, Glock-18 | Glockingbird and M4A4 | Sheet Lightning, and its Classified skin is the only one, so the contract returns exactly this rifle.

StatTrak and Souvenir

The AWP | Green Energy was never released with StatTrak. Souvenir copies do turn up, though no package existed for this skin, as those were made only for tournament map collections. They are assembled through Souvenir-O-Matic, which puts gold tournament stickers and a player autograph on an ordinary skin from the inventory.

Stickers and craft on the AWP | Green Energy

The dark green stock and barrel give a quiet field for stickers, while the side of the receiver is taken up by bright graphics. White and black ones show best, and green ones merge with the paint. For a Classified rifle the base in Minimal Wear is tidy enough to justify spending on stickers that are not cheap.

Who this wear suits

Buying the AWP | Green Energy in Minimal Wear makes sense in three cases:

• you want a bright AWP for CS2 without paying double for Factory New;

• you want the metal glints to stay visible rather than take the most worn version;

• you are putting together a green-themed set for CS2.
