AWP | Printstream (Factory New)

The AWP | Printstream in Factory New (FN) is a white body without one grayed plane, with the small graphics on the edges still whole. Float values here run from 0.00 to 0.07, and the finish has a full scale, all the way up to one. The skin is Covert rank and drops from the Fever Case.

What the AWP | Printstream looks like in Factory New

The barrel, receiver, scope body, cheek rest and magazine are painted white with a faint greenish tint, and the graphics on them are black. The pistol grip, butt pad and stock plates are black, and the bipod with its spring is dark metal. A thin iridescent ring sits on the scope's turret. The finish's main element is a row of large black crosses on the side of the receiver, with barcode-like blocks of thin stripes and small dots beside them.

The large marks sit on the flat side and go last. The receiver edges go first, then the rim of the cheek rest, the lugs around the bolt handle and the thin stripes on the facets. By then the white planes have had time to gray. In Factory New both the stripes and the whiteness itself are intact, and that is exactly what the extra money pays for.

Where the AWP | Printstream came from

The finish was made by a Steam Workshop artist who goes by JTPNZ, the author of the whole series. He styled the rifle's submission as a system log: lines about a BIOS reboot, a password prompt and the caption "handle with care". The submission went up on June 9, 2024, and in Valve's skin catalog the design is number 1206.

The Fever Collection dates to March 31, 2025. In Valve's note for that update the case appears in the list of new Armory items, and knives are named as its rare special items.

What to check before buying

Before buying the AWP | Printstream, check the following:

• the float within 0.00 to 0.07: it shows whether the receiver facets have been touched;


• how whole the thin barcode stripes are on the ribs, which give out first;


• whether the AWP | Printstream carries stickers and a name tag.

The 0.00 to 0.07 stretch is short on the AWP | Printstream, and the difference between listings falls within the margin of error. There is no point hunting for the AWP | Printstream by pattern index: the artwork does not change.

What the AWP | Printstream costs in Factory New

Minimal Wear is about three times cheaper. Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred are about four times cheaper and barely differ among themselves, so the whole price weight of this finish rests on the clean wear.

Nineteen Covert rifles carry a price in Factory New, and this finish is sixth from the bottom. The AWP | Hyper Beast and AWP | Wildfire are about a sixth cheaper, the AWP | Chromatic Aberration about two and a half times. The nearest neighbor above, the AWP | Queen's Gambit, costs about a quarter more. Then comes a break: the AWP | Medusa is about thirty times dearer, and the AWP | Dragon Lore and AWP | Gungnir nearly seventy.

StatTrak and Souvenir

Stickers and craft on the AWP | Printstream

The AWP | Printstream has a StatTrak version. Souvenir copies of the finish exist too, though no packages were ever issued for it: they were made only for the tournament map collections. Such copies are built through the Souvenir-O-Matic, which applies gold tournament stickers and a player autograph to an ordinary skin from your inventory.

On the untouched white base a sticker reads as part of the finish rather than a patch. Colored stickers give the most contrast here, while light gray and white ones get lost in the black-and-white graphics. There are two flat spots for a CS2 craft: the cheek rest and the magazine. The side with the crosses is usually left open.

Who this wear suits

Buying the AWP | Printstream here makes sense if:

• you want a white AWP with no gray planes and with the small graphics whole;


• float spread does not matter: within the stretch the listings barely differ;


• the rifle is going into the inventory for inspection, not into every match.

In a CS2 match you cannot tell a clean body from a scuffed one at range. The clean wear is bought for close inspection, and for that you pay three times what Minimal Wear costs.
