The AWP | Sovereign Flame in Minimal Wear (MW) is a gold AWP with a fire ornament. The gold is almost whole, and the scuffing sits only on the sharpest edges. It is a Covert skin from The Arabesque Collection, and no case contains it.
What the AWP | Sovereign Flame looks like in Minimal Wear
The paint rests on two elements, gold and flame. The engraved scope and the receiver parts are gold. Flame curls in red-orange and brown run along the dark barrel, and the gray-beige stock carries the same pattern. The bipod is red-brown.
In Minimal Wear the gold keeps its shine almost everywhere, and wear shows only along the ridges of the scope and on the receiver edges. The flame curls are undamaged. This wear runs from 0.07 to 0.15 on the float scale, narrow enough that listings look alike.
Where the AWP | Sovereign Flame came from
The skin was drawn by kenN and carried the title "AWP | Sovereign Flame" in the Steam Workshop. The Arabesque Collection was added to the game on July 8, 2026, and the skin arrived in the same update. Its catalog number in Valve's database is 1465.
What to check before buying
Choosing a particular AWP | Sovereign Flame comes down to these points:
- float: at 0.07 the gold is nearly perfect, and toward 0.15 the scope's edges dull;
- the scope ridges and the bolt, where wear shows first;
- any stickers or name tag a previous owner has put on the rifle.
Every copy carries the same artwork, so wear is the only thing that varies.
What the AWP | Sovereign Flame costs in Minimal Wear
Next to Minimal Wear, the other four wears compare as follows:
- Factory New costs about 2.3 times as much;
- Field-Tested is 1.5 times cheaper;
- Well-Worn is about 2.25 times cheaper;
- Battle-Scarred is about 2.4 times cheaper.
The price moves in steps: Field-Tested and Well-Worn are each about 1.5 times cheaper than the wear above, and the bottom two nearly meet. Minimal Wear takes 0.08 of the 1.00 scale, which is eight percent.
Among the twenty Covert AWPs in this wear, the skin sits in the middle: ten cost less and nine cost more. AWP | CMYK is slightly higher. AWP | LongDog, AWP | Man-o'-war, AWP | Containment Breach and AWP | Queen's Gambit are cheaper by a quarter to forty percent.
Getting the AWP | Sovereign Flame
No case holds the AWP | Sovereign Flame. A trade-up for it takes ten Classified skins, all from this collection.
StatTrak and Souvenir
Neither a StatTrak™ version nor souvenir packages were ever released for the AWP | Sovereign Flame. As with other skins, a souvenir copy can be made by hand through the Souvenir-O-Matic.
Stickers and craft on the AWP | Sovereign Flame
Gold and flame already set the tone, so stickers work better when kept quiet. Dark and silver ones sit on the barrel and stock without fighting the engraving, while bright red ones get lost on the flame curls. The gold of the scope is best left free.
Who this wear suits
Minimal Wear is worth buying for the AWP | Sovereign Flame if:
- you want a shiny gold scope for CS2 without the Factory New price;
- small scuffs on the edges do not bother you;
- you are building an AWP for a craft, since the base is almost clean.
To spend a little less, Field-Tested costs one and a half times less.
