Charm | Bomb Tag

Charm | Bomb Tag is a Remarkable-rank charm from the Dr Boom Charm Collection. It holds twelfth place of twenty-two in its set.

What the Charm | Bomb Tag looks like

A round grenade figure on short legs, with handle-like ears and a small metal ring. The body is dark and mottled with a red pattern, and the belly carries white graffiti lettering with sharp flourishes.

No face is visible, because the drawing takes up all the room. The palette is red, black and white, high-contrast and aggressive, and from a distance it reads as street style.

Where the Charm | Bomb Tag came from

This charm belongs to the Dr Boom Charm Collection. Charms as a class of items were added on October 2, 2024, in the update called The Armory.

Valve says nothing about where the design came from. Bomb Tag has no description of its own, only the one all charms share.

How the charm works

Bomb Tag can be hung on a weapon or on a C4 bomb skin. Knives and gloves do not support charms. The Charm Detachment tool removes it, and the charm stays in the inventory undamaged afterward.

A weapon has a single charm slot, and a Sticker Slab sits in that same slot, so you choose between the slab and Bomb Tag. When you run or turn, Bomb Tag swings on its cord, because it is a volumetric model with physics rather than a flat picture.

Pattern number

The pattern number shows on inspection, and it differs on every copy. Color and artwork do not depend on it, and the number only tells copies apart.

What the Charm | Bomb Tag costs

Above it, Lil' Chomper is dearer by a few percent and Lil' Bloody by almost half again.

Below, Dr. Brian and Lil' Dumplin' are a few percent cheaper, and the six cheapest charms almost half the price.

Who it suits

Buying the Charm | Bomb Tag for CS2 makes sense in these cases:

• You want a charm in red and black with a graffiti-style drawing.

• You are collecting the Dr Boom Charm Collection, and Bomb Tag is not in it yet.

• Your weapon is dark, and the red pattern should stand out against it.
