The Desert Eagle | Firebreathing in Well-Worn (WW) takes only 7% of the finish's scale. The wear range for this pistol is 0.38 to 0.45. It is a Restricted skin of The Dead Hand Collection, and it suits either side.
What the Desert Eagle | Firebreathing looks like in Well-Worn
The fire on this Deagle is not orange but violet, lilac and light blue, on a dark gray base. Ragged tongues of flame overlap across the slide and frame. Turquoise highlights show at the muzzle and on the trigger guard, and the magazine and grip share the palette. The pistol carries no lettering.
In Well-Worn the edge of the slide and the corners of the grip lighten: the violet runs down to gray metal there. The central flames stay bright. The wear was fixed at drop and does not grow later.
Where the Desert Eagle | Firebreathing came from
The finish first appeared on the Workshop on December 12, 2024, under the name "Desert Eagle | Fire-breathing", submitted by 3stia. It reached the game on March 11, 2026, in the same update that opened The Dead Hand Collection. The finish's number in Valve's catalog is 1430.
What to check before buying
When comparing Desert Eagle | Firebreathing listings, look at:
- the color and sharpness of the flame on the slide near the edge;
- float: the band of 0.38 to 0.45 is narrow, and the spread between listings cannot be caught by eye;
- stickers and the name tag, which travel with the listing.
On this finish the pattern index changes nothing.
What the Desert Eagle | Firebreathing costs in Well-Worn
Priced against Well-Worn, the remaining wears come out as follows:
- Factory New costs 6.5 times as much;
- Minimal Wear is 2.5 times dearer;
- Field-Tested is 1.2 times dearer;
- Battle-Scarred is level.
On price, Well-Worn on this finish stands level with Battle-Scarred, although it covers a far smaller part of the scale. Among Restricted Desert Eagles, only Desert Eagle | Trigger Discipline and Desert Eagle | Serpent Strike are cheaper. Higher stand Desert Eagle | Light Rail, Desert Eagle | Directive and Desert Eagle | Naga.
Getting the Desert Eagle | Firebreathing
You open this skin from the Sealed Dead Hand Terminal. The terminal's rare special item is gloves.
Trade-up works too. The contract takes ten Mil-Spec skins from anywhere, and one of the inputs decides the collection of the result. Someone who puts in all ten from The Dead Hand Collection gets one of its five Restricted skins.
StatTrak and Souvenir
This Desert Eagle can carry StatTrak. Valve made Souvenir packages only for tournament map collections, so none exist for the finish, but a Souvenir copy can still be assembled through the Souvenir-O-Matic.
Stickers and craft on the Desert Eagle | Firebreathing
Flame covers the slide and frame, so stickers have to go over the tongues. White and light-blue ones show well on the blue-violet ground. The worn slide edge in Well-Worn sits next to a sticker and sharpens the contrast.
Who this wear suits
Well-Worn is the right pick on the Desert Eagle | Firebreathing if:
- you want a violet Deagle for CS2 at a price equal to Battle-Scarred, but with a narrower float stretch;
- the band of 0.38 to 0.45 suits you with no need to choose by float;
- scuffing on the slide is acceptable, and the light-blue highlights stay in place.
