Factory New (FN) is the wear in which the Desert Eagle | Tilted keeps its pale mint base clean and the gold on the screws untouched. The band for this wear is 0.00 to 0.07. The skin is Industrial Grade and belongs to the Overpass 2024 Collection, and regular cases do not contain the finish. The collection was released on October 2, 2024.
What the Desert Eagle | Tilted looks like in Factory New
The base is cream-mint, almost white, with gray smudges, and turquoise and light blue scribbles are scattered across it. They add up to no single scene. Fragments of letters and curls run over the slide and the grip panels, and none of it can be read. The screws, safety and trim are gold, the magazine is dark blue, and the underside of the frame is noticeably darker than the rest of the body. Valve's own description is plain: an aquamarine base marked up with graffiti by different artists.
On this Deagle the pale base is what gets dirty first, and in Factory New nothing has touched it. The gold is intact across the full screw heads, and the grip corners keep their original tone. Dark streaks on the slide appear even on a clean copy. They belong to the artwork and are not signs of wear.
Where the Desert Eagle | Tilted came from
The Desert Eagle | Tilted finish came out of Valve, not the Steam Workshop. Valve's catalog lists the item as number 138. The Overpass 2024 Collection is built around the map and was not handed out as a case in CS2. Copies therefore come from tournament souvenir packages, for example the Budapest 2025 Overpass package.
What to check before buying
Before taking a Desert Eagle | Tilted, look at these points:
- a float inside 0.00 to 0.07, where the mint base reads more evenly the closer it sits to zero;
- the state of the gold screws and trim, because small details lighten before large ones;
- stickers from the previous owner and a rename, which pass to the buyer together with the item.
There is no choosing by pattern on this skin. The band of 0.00 to 0.07 is narrow, so copies are almost impossible to tell apart.
What the Desert Eagle | Tilted costs in Factory New
Within the skin, this wear costs more than the other four:
- Minimal Wear costs almost a third as much;
- Field-Tested costs roughly a seventh as much;
- Well-Worn costs roughly a sixth as much;
- Battle-Scarred costs roughly a sixth as much.
The four lower wears do not line up by cleanliness: Field-Tested comes out cheaper than the more battered Well-Worn. Both amounts are a matter of cents, so this order should not be taken as a rule.
Among Industrial Grade Desert Eagles, the Tilted in this wear is the cheapest of the six. The nearest, Desert Eagle | Mudder, costs about five times as much, and Desert Eagle | Midnight Storm tops the rank.
Getting the Desert Eagle | Tilted
The finish has no regular case. The Desert Eagle | Tilted comes from Overpass souvenir packages, which are given to tournament viewers. Buying a ready listing in the wear you need is simpler than waiting for such a package.
A trade-up cannot produce it. In the Overpass 2024 Collection this finish sits on the lowest rank, and a trade-up returns items one rank higher. The pistol itself does go into a trade-up, and the collection then yields Galil AR | Metallic Squeezer and Glock-18 | Teal Graf.
StatTrak and Souvenir
There is no StatTrak version of the Desert Eagle | Tilted. A Souvenir version exists.
Stickers and craft on the Desert Eagle | Tilted
The pale base gives this Deagle a rare advantage: almost any sticker reads on it, even a dark and small one. A flat field sits on the slide between the scribbles. Leave the dark blue magazine and the gold trim uncovered, because the contrast of the finish rests on them.
Who this wear suits
Buying the Desert Eagle | Tilted in this wear makes sense if:
- you want a clean mint base without gray scuffing along the edge of the slide;
- predictability matters, since copies in the narrow 0.00 to 0.07 band resemble one another;
- the pistol goes into an inventory for inspection and not into a match.
For play in CS2 the premium does not pay off, because at range the scribbles merge with the base at any float. The point of this wear lies elsewhere: untouched gold, seen up close.
