Description

The eSports 2013 Winter Case is a standard CS2 case of twelve skins. Knives of five models make up its pool of rare special items.

What's in the eSports 2013 Winter Case

By rank, the case holds six Mil-Spec skins, two Restricted, three Classified and one Covert. The Covert skin is the M4A4 | X-Ray.

The Classified skins are the FAMAS | Afterimage, the AWP | Electric Hive and the Desert Eagle | Cobalt Disruption. The Restricted ones are the AK-47 | Blue Laminate and the P90 | Blind Spot.

The Mil-Spec skins are the Galil AR | Blue Titanium, the Five-SeveN | Nightshade and the PP-Bizon | Water Sigil. Also in that rank are the Nova | Ghost Camo, the G3SG1 | Azure Zebra and the P250 | Steel Disruption.

Which knives drop from the eSports 2013 Winter Case

The rare special item is a knife of one of five models: Bayonet, Flip Knife, Gut Knife, Karambit or M9 Bayonet. There are twelve finishes: Stained, Urban Masked, Safari Mesh, Blue Steel, Night, Case Hardened, Forest DDPAT, Fade, Crimson Web, Scorched, Slaughter and Boreal Forest.

Any of the five models can also come without a finish. The model, finish and wear are all decided at random.

Do you need a key

Yes: the eSports 2013 Winter Case cannot be opened without a key, which is bought in the game. Since October 2019, keys can no longer be transferred between accounts or sent to marketplaces.

Opening the case is optional. If you want a particular skin, a listing for it costs less than several openings.

What the eSports 2013 Winter Case costs

Among CS2 cases, the eSports 2013 Winter Case sits in the upper part of the price row. The Huntsman Weapon Case is cheaper by a factor of 1.47, the Winter Offensive Weapon Case by 1.19 and the Glove Case by 1.12. The eSports 2014 Summer Case is pricier by one percent, the Operation Hydra Case by a factor of 2.3 and the eSports 2013 Case by 3.95.

At the very top of the row, the Operation Bravo Case costs roughly five times as much, and the CS:GO Weapon Case almost ten times.

Who it suits

The eSports 2013 Winter Case is worth buying when:

  • you want a case from the upper part of the price row with knives of five models in its pool;

  • the M4A4 | X-Ray interests you, the only Covert skin in the set;

  • you would like to open a case with a lineup of twelve skins.
